Ordered online and unfortunately they were out of stock on protein powder which is the main reason I ordered there. The flavor was good enough but really was bummed about the protein powder though. Granted they refunded my the difference so they still get 4/5 stars.

YES, Please! Cap City’s açaí bowls are the Best in the Biz! I’ve had açaí bowls from Sac to Monterey, CA and none are better prepared, taste, or as big as Cap City! This is my all time fav! I just wish they were open on Sunday because I’m coming from Roseville and can’t always make it after work. The service is great, keep up the awesome work!

Cap City Squeeze Juice Bar is a grab n go that makes mean tasting smoothies, juices, oatmeal, and acai bowls. It is a block away from the State Capitol in 14th Street between O and P Streets. There is no indoor seating. But they do have a outdoor sidewalk seating.

My favorite place to get an acai bowl is from Cap City. The acai has a smooth consistency, cold and firm without being slushy like an icee. It holds its consistency well and does not melt quickly....
