My family went to Cap’s this Friday and waited 5-10 minutes before leaving. We weren’t greeted and no one was at the register to take our order. A woman at the bar asked if we were waiting for the guy in the cowboy hat (who walked right by us to talk to another customer at the bar) and we said yea we’re just trying to order. She got his attention and he snapped back at her telling her not to do that again because he was working on “business”… whatever. We walked out and Cap’s lost our business so make that make sense. Agree with other reviews that say he should not be working in customer service.

It’s 8:15pm.. I’m enjoying a pie with my girlfriend. Half the restaurant has chairs up like we are overstaying closing hours so I start eating quickly. I grab my phone and check google because I thought CAPS was open until 9pm… lo and behold… open until 9pm.

I’m sure it takes 5 minutes to get all the chairs up in this place, and another 5-10 to mop.

Pizza is great. Employees are swell. Atmosphere needs a subtle touch of not putting the chairs up mid meal.

Will come back tho, and I’d edit this review if the experience changes.

Chris the manager of this establishment who always wears this ridiculous cowboy hat. Has absolutely no business working any job that deals with the general public. I have a friend that is a regular customer and met him there for a few beers recently. My experience consisted of disrespect and discrimination when Chris refused to serve me water. I mentioned the liability due to a personal medical condition, and kindly requested water again. His reason to deny me water was he doesn’t serve “drunk ladies”. I was not acting out of line or disrupting other patrons. How I was treated qualifies as discrimination but more importantly as a licensed bartender he should care about the ethical responsibilities that come with the job. I I will report this incident to the Dept of Alcohol and Beverage Control. The owner will be contacted and held responsible for their employees bad judgment. Don’t bring your daughter or wife here if you want them to be treated with dignity.

Best wings I have ever had. The environment and staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. However, the highlight was the quality of the food; the wings were cooked to perfection, flavored with the perfect amount of sauce, and garnished well. The pizza was delicious as well. Lastly, let’s not forget the amazing selection of beer. The nice gentleman at the front provided some tasters to aid in the selection process.

Good pizza, lots of beers on tap. Great wings. Small wine selection and really good build your own salad. Try the pastrami tater tots

I am not sure if anyone has called? I was calling and the phone was NEVER picked up. I called and they didn't answer. I was very disappointed. I thought it might be a good place. Waiting for the phone to be answered for over 11 minutes. Wow
