The oxtail plate was flawless. Meat like butter in a broth I could do shots of. The red beans and rice had me talking to myself. Crispy plantains and a surprise side of creamy mac n cheese with green chilis that made me tear up. Not from spice, just love. Can’t wait to go back.

I had the pleasure of meeting new people and enjoying some incredible food and drinks. I literally ordered a bunch of different food items as I have not tried any of it before and I took it home and myself and my husband had some of everything. When I tell you amazing flavor this is just what I mean. Thank you to all the ladies in that kitchen and thank you to Staci for taking my order. I paid $32 I received three little bitty Oxtails nothing but bone no meat no, I did not bite off either one of these all I did was pour it into my rice bowl. Unacceptable. Never will I go to again

Caribbean Fire is the most authentic Haitian food I've tasted in the States. Sacramento is lucky to have such delicious food. I've had all the delicacies in their menu, and they're all over the top tasty and delicious. Not only their food is good, their customer service is the best. Went to the place and there was no atmosphere because it was the order at the kiosk. Everything I ordered was not in the bag. Apparently they ran out of certain things and decided to substitute them with something else. Ended up with three orders of plantains, no rice like I ordered, and instead, some funky Previously frozen vegetables. The Oxtails, which were extremely expensive, had four fragments of pieces of oxtail buried in carrots. Flavor was terrible, and definitely not worth it. Should not call them self Caribbean food at all. My biggest mistake was that I went there and ordered instead of ordering from Uber eats. Otherwise maybe I would’ve got some type of refund. Instead, I got Some funky stuff passed off as Caribbean food, which was More like slop. Dont Do It! You’ve been warned

Order 3 patty cuz mi inna one hurry, Bredda is full 20min mi wait. So mi sey, mussi a from scratch bizniz dem a do! 20 min later and the crust nice but di dam patty cold in do middle. Mi backside, each one cold.
