A beath of fresh air. Personal service, not a kiosk! Very pleasant & the crew is exceptional. Food industry is a hard work & needs to be more appreciated. I have visited location several times & always wonderful. Keep up rge excellent work.

I went to Carl's Jr on W El camino in Sacramento, CA. Store # 1100421.
It was the first time in my life I can say I had a burger that look like the commercial presentation. Not only looked like a good burger it tasted great. :)

I visited this location and got extremely terrible service. The lady had no patience, no manners, was extremely rude, rushed us, and decided to take her sweet time. I got two steak burritos- was cut off and unable to order anything else. The food came out terrible, I didn’t even eat it. No receipt was given so I can’t even tell you her name. Terrible.

We came to this location at 10:15am on 5-17-25 to order breakfast for 2 people and were immediately rushed by the employee at the drive-through. There was nobody else in the drive-through and looked like nobody inside, but the lady talking to us would continuously cut us off while ordering and rushing us to come to the next window. She made us feel so uncomfortable with how panicked she was acting, and we decided to go to another location.

I ordered a Medium Diablo Double with a Dr pepper. I was given a medium fry box with a small quantity of fries. The bag was rolled up tightly so I couldn't open it up fast enough. I was already late for work so I couldn't go back.

For fast food, it's definitely better than most. The manager is very nice and keeps the place running smoothly. They are quick and clean. That's about all you can ask for.
Worst experience at a carls order a kids meal with 2 small burger and a fry took them 15 minutes and brought 2 others their food who ordered after I did dude behind counter in sweatpants no gloves touching all over the food manager standing next to him not saying anything would honestly want a refund and him and her to be fired for not knowing how to do their job and I'm pretty sure they aren't supposed to be parking cars to help their window times since they are trash at their jobs

They don’t hire enough staff apparently. Show up for lunch and the restaurant is closed because the owner won’t hire enough people to keep the place open while the employees take a lunch. Feel bad for the employees, but not coming back here.

Picked up a Doordash from here this evening. 3 people working which was plenty..one kid working the drive thru and the front, one guy eating on his break and one lady cooking. They were friendly and speedy, my problem was u can see the lady making the food and everything she does. She touched everything with NO GLOVES! She lettuce, tomatoes, buns, cheese, meat and fries. I won't order from there.
