I ordered 2 BYOB meals and redeemed points for a spicy chicken sandwich for delivery about 30$ including the 9$ delivery fee and 10% tip . Never received my food . I called and the manager Elidath or something had a attitude stated she couldn't provide a number for corporate and they use a 3rd party delivery company but doesn't know if it's doordash or Uber etc .it's sad when corporations are willingly robbing loyal customers. And not properly training the staff. Now I gotta find a new fave fast food .
It took over 25 minutes to receive a simple burger fries an soda. My food was cold an my ice was melted in my soda cup. The cashier was rude when I told him that my food would be cold due to the 25 minutes they took to serve me He said oh we made it fresh But yet my bag was all crumpled an wrinkled. I'm so Disappointed with everything Food, service an response time

Cashier didn't know how to accept cash for my carls app order. I figured it out myself. I asked for barbecue sauce he gave me honey mustard. I asked another staff member about the internet Network because I couldn't get it to work she said I guess it's not working then. I continue to check it out myself figured it out and now I have internet access. They score a big zero!!!!!

Blah sloppy, when I unwrapped my Big Carl, it visually looked unappealing. I know it comes with lettuce on the hamburger but they gave me like a whole half a head of lettuce. Not that great of experience overall
