Got stuck out there because my pedal snapped off of my bike and needed wifi to get help and this was the harder then I thought to do and Carl's was the nicest place when I had already tried a couple other spots and been ran off for loitering as it was put. no body seems to have a heart these days but I was allowed to use there wifi and got a hold of a ride so my hats off to them for that
This Carls Jr is hit or miss on everything from the food, to the wait time to the customer service. On average, their food is ok. I have had several instances where they drown the burger in ketchup, burnt the chicken or ran out of BBQ sauce and gave us a dry bacon western burger though. Running out of bbq sauce at this location seems to happen quite often. My only gripe with customer service is sometimes you'll get an employee who will refuse to take their coupons.
