This location is terribly slow. They prioritize the drive through with people standing at the counter. Today I waited about 4 minutes to place my order then just under ten to get my order and all I ordered was a double cheeseburger. They like to talk to each other, which is fine, but they can’t seem to talk and make food at the same time.

This place is not that busy... for a reason! The fries are terrible now I don't know what has changed, and I feel like the burgers are now just getting smaller and way less quality. You know when you roll through there and spend $20 and get like a small burger and some fries and a drink I just feel like it's completely overpriced when I could go to somewhere like Chili's and have a real meal with a margarita for cheaper. it doesn't make any sense, so get AI to run your drive through whatever you're doing. I'm not going there anymore and there's no way you're earning me back as a customer sorry bye

I had deep fried zucchini on my mind so went through the drive thru to get some. I was shocked to hear the this one item was $5.59 the zucchini was okay but the house dressing had no flavor whatsoever! I love Carls Jr but now with prices like this, I won’t be going back soon. I know some people are going to read this and say… they have the 2 for $6.00 items BUT those aren’t what I like nor wanted.

Vegetarian options: The beyond burger was my savior like 3 yrs ago, now I eat them all again, buuut it's still so weirdly good, haha.

The young girl named Melody doesn’t speak English so every time I go she always charges me for 4/5 items and at the window I have to spend 10 minutes explaining I just ordered 1 sandwich. Also the other Mexican lady she’s an older lady she has very bad customer service!!! Avoid this place at all costs because of her. She refused to give me ketchup and ranch!! I ordered two items and she told me I’m only allowed to have one sauce ..either ranch or 2 ketchups. I cannot believe she was serious!! And another time she only gave me my sandwich and no fries although I ordered both and have a receipt, she instead was talking so loud to me infront of customers that maybe I was the one who never ordered fries in the first place.. absolutely ridiculous when I’m showing her the receipt with fries I paid for… the services is ridiculous!!!!! I’m a shy person so her yelling at my face for no reason infront of others ruined my whole day. No respect at all and the two ladies I’m referring to have no integrity! They’re ready to argue all day if you have the time.
Definitely pricey. The portion also seemed to be smaller than what I'm used to for the sandwich I ordered. On the 2 for $5 I had to search through the bun to try to find the meat. That's how thin/small the meat was. I can honestly say the only good thing about this visit was the service.
