I don’t know what is up with this Carl’s Jr. but I will never return here and anybody who likes Carl’s Jr. stay away from this location go to the one in Rancho Cordova or somewhere else. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to order messed up from this location. They can’t even make a kids cheeseburger happy meal with cheese, ketchup, and a Coke to drink. It is sad when you literally have to open your bag and rip open your burger every time you get a order from this location to even make sure they did it right and of course they did not and they just look at you like you’re the stupid one because they can’t do the simplest job in the world . had to request a refund because I don’t feel like waiting another 10 minutes in the drive-through for them to mess it up again and then you have to wait 24 to 48 hours for your money which isn’t the problem their service their atmosphere their people and they’re incompetence is the problem.

I came to this location to use my EBT Restaurant Meals benefit, which and each time I go through the drive-thru, I am offered free drinks even after I decline. While that might sound harmless, it feels like I am being singled out and undermined for using EBT. almost as if I’m being treated differently because I’m accessing resources I qualify for.

I don’t appreciate being made to feel like I’m receiving “extra handouts” on top of what the program already provides. I came here to purchase food like any other customer and deserve to be treated with the same respect. Please be mindful that customers using benefits should be treated with dignity, not with backhanded “free” offers that carry negative undertones.mmmmmmm

My guy and I parked our extremely packed mustang (recently received from my deceased uncle) in the overflow parking lot. The main parking lot was almost empty but we wanted to be respectful. We are both retired teachers. We arrived early bought breakfast and decided to go through the mess. Just before we were going to buy lunch 3 police officers arrived telling us we had to finish up and leave. We were given trespassing warnings and told never to go back. We chose this place because we were on the way home to Elk Grove and I used to love this Carl's JR. The morning manager is awesome! The afternoon manager is not awesome. She never once came to talk to us. We decided to talk to the homeless population near by and we found people who all said the same thing. The food is excellent but the afternoon manager is so judgemental no one wants to eat there. We will never go back. That is a lot of business this restaurant is losing due to one employee making a huge mistake.

Calr's Jr has very high quality burgers.. great for an occasional reward. The only real complaint was my fries seemed either old or over-fried or both.

This place was way better five years ago, before COVID. I used to work here back then, and the prices were lower, the food quality was better, and we were always busy with customers coming in and out. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, everything has changed now the food is subpar, and it seems like they've really downgraded. At this point, they should consider shutting down the franchise.

Not a dig at the employees, but came here at like 8:15am, waited over 15 minutes for a small breakfast.

I went and ordered my food online. Headed to the Carl's Jr near my house. The person that is doing the drive thru and front counter today was awesome. He also got my order right and so did the cook. I thank them both and they were very friendly. Because of this service I have to give a 5 star rating.

Horrible ! Do not go there waited over 25 minutes for 1 single item and still got my order WRONG! Waste of time. Specially on my lunch break. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!
