Calr's Jr has very high quality burgers.. great for an occasional reward. The only real complaint was my fries seemed either old or over-fried or both.

This place was way better five years ago, before COVID. I used to work here back then, and the prices were lower, the food quality was better, and we were always busy with customers coming in and out. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, everything has changed now the food is subpar, and it seems like they've really downgraded. At this point, they should consider shutting down the franchise.

I went and ordered my food online. Headed to the Carl's Jr near my house. The person that is doing the drive thru and front counter today was awesome. He also got my order right and so did the cook. I thank them both and they were very friendly. Because of this service I have to give a 5 star rating.

They took my order quickly and respectfully the modifucations I made to my order were met perfectly. Very clean.
This location is terribly slow. They prioritize the drive through with people standing at the counter. Today I waited about 4 minutes to place my order then just under ten to get my order and all I ordered was a double cheeseburger. They like to talk to each other, which is fine, but they can’t seem to talk and make food at the same time.

This place is not that busy... for a reason! The fries are terrible now I don't know what has changed, and I feel like the burgers are now just getting smaller and way less quality. You know when you roll through there and spend $20 and get like a small burger and some fries and a drink I just feel like it's completely overpriced when I could go to somewhere like Chili's and have a real meal with a margarita for cheaper. it doesn't make any sense, so get AI to run your drive through whatever you're doing. I'm not going there anymore and there's no way you're earning me back as a customer sorry bye

I had deep fried zucchini on my mind so went through the drive thru to get some. I was shocked to hear the this one item was $5.59 the zucchini was okay but the house dressing had no flavor whatsoever! I love Carls Jr but now with prices like this, I won’t be going back soon. I know some people are going to read this and say… they have the 2 for $6.00 items BUT those aren’t what I like nor wanted.
