Went to drive thru this morning I was on a hurry
My biscuit was good hasbrowns hot overall satisfying but the excellent service provided by Arely was over the top nice young lady always with the smile the only reason I go there.!

Wow what a miserable experience. Horrible customer service, incredibly overpriced, the food was the worst I had ever had from this franchise, and just a nightmare. I WISH I would have recorded the 5-10 minute wait where we just watched the employees leaning over their phones or talking with each other while we waited. I know it was that long because I had only a little bit of time left on my audiobook and was shocked when it finished before I was even talked to by an employee. Only for someone to come to the window, charge the card (which I realize now they didn't even read back the order to me or anything) and then go to make the order only to come back TWO MORE TIMES to ask what it was we wanted again. I may have gotten short with them for 1 sentence but I was so confused at that point because what the heck. Why am I watching employees mess around for almost 10 minutes (maybe 1 person in the lobby and I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru) and then be asked for my order again twice only to be given the worst quality I've ever received from a Carl's Jr. Didn't even offer to remake when I pointed out mistakes or complained and didn't even give me the refund the way I asked for it. I'm appalled at the behavior. I am normally pretty patient with customer service employees. I understand that working with the public is difficult and some days aren't easy but this is just unacceptable. I've worked in food service before (a total of 8 years) and I would have gotten a serious talking to from my manager had I done any of the things that took place there. Yeah I know it's a fast food place and what do you expect and all that but serioualy man. I'm sharing my experience in hopes something will change and/or I can help someone not experience what I went through. Waste of time, effort, money, and an all around miserable experience.

I walked in today at about 12 noon. Spent $14 on two items. Asked to use the restroom. Walked into restroom, and it smelled wretched, like month old urine.
Completed my business and went to wash my hands. Blood on the sink and other unidentifiable gunk and grime.
I walked out and didn't say a word, and without my food. Lost all my appetite.
Absolutely most disgusting smelling restroom I've ever stepped into, in my life. This establishment should be ashamed of itself.

Quick Clean and Friendly. They went above and beyond today and the food was hot and delicious. My food was ready by the time I washed my hands in the restroom.

Never get the order right ever since the automated drive through system. Don't know why I keep going back. They need to take that down. But I'll just stop going.

Long story short. The fries were damn near going cold from Luke warm. And my big carl was like warm coldish and nasty. Had a hint of cinnamon on it.

Food smaller now meat quality changed from grass fed to USA beef. But customer service was friendly:)

Worst drive thru system ever! If employees aren't the ones taking order shouldn't they be on top of all orders. Lazy!!! How can you miss customers order?!?
I ordered something to be picked up and the staff was a little rude at first but after I sat there and they realized I understood what they were saying they were a bit nicer.
Food was good and the restaurant was very clean.
