I ordered something to be picked up and the staff was a little rude at first but after I sat there and they realized I understood what they were saying they were a bit nicer. Food was good and the restaurant was very clean.

I ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich. I was hoping to get barbecue sauce on it. This was the driest barbecue chicken sandwich I have ever had.
Completely empty and not a soul waiting in the drive thru during lunch hour. Should have been a warning! Got diarrhea 2 hours after eating ?

I ordered 4 kids meals that included 4 drinks I get to the window a lady named Vanessa proceeded to hand me 4 drinks I then ask for a drink carrier and she laughs and says they are all out. Now I was stuck driving home carrying 2 in my lap and 2 in the drink carrier. This was a real inconvenience

Ordered from this Carl’s Jr through drive thru which was utilizing an AI ( Artificial Intelligence) Robot which was terrible because the AI is not accurate at all when ordering . I spoke clearly and the AI gave me the complete wrong order. I understand the pros of using AI however this specific AI experience was not pleasant and actually makes the line longer it is inefficient.
