Ordered food, pulled up to the window where we asked the worker a question about doing two separate orders and the worker was very rude so then we asked her if she was having a bad day or didn’t like her job with laughs and smiles and she got very offended and told us that she wasn’t going to serve us since we feel like she doesn’t like her job. Then she closed the window on our faces and when we sat there waiting for a worker, she then sent someone else to the window and we asked to talk to somebody else and they said that they called the police. We were very calm and respectful so I’m not sure what the problem was but it was poor customer service.

Carl's Jr is one of my favorite fast food places to go to.
I went inside because I was peekish and not feeling well, and I needed to eat. I started to feel dizzy and nauseous and asked if I could use the bathroom. I was told I needed to buy something first. I told him I wasn't feeling well and I needed to use the bathroom, I would buy something after I used the restroom. He insisted I needed to buy something before he would open the bathroom. Then I got sick all over the dining room floor.. I was so dizzy and faint I couldn't move. Instead of asking me if I was ok, the manager cussed at me and threw me out. I offered to clean up my mess and he threatened to call the cops on me.

My jalapeño double cheeseburger didn’t have jalapeños and the sauce wasn’t the Santa Fe sauce.
I was supposed to get a free hangover burger the day after superbowl. their app didn't work correctly, they were rude to me, and I ended up being charged for burger. I would have refused to pay but because I had to order on their app , to get the free burger it took the money off my card. the next day they contacted me about this review but still have not refunded me and the burger was awful, there was not 2 layers of bacon, tots were cold and hard. don't waste your money here.
