Needed to pick up a Doordash delivery for a customer. They were out of Jalapeno Poppers, so I called the customer and they suggested onion rings instead. Instead of simply substituting, the staff demanded I cancel the order to protect their customer satisfaction rating, so I don't get paid and the customer doesn't get their food. Very unprofessional and embarrassing

Such a lovely establishment, ADA Compliant, and a lovely peaceful atmosphere to have lunch while working on my social media platform. This restaurant including the restrooms were clean, and the staff was respectful and pleasant to do business with. I had the diablo double burger combo, with crosscut fries and ranch to dip them in. I enjoyed and appreciated that the water was filtered. Only negative here is the absence of carbonated water at the soda fountain have.For people not consuming caffeine and limiting sugar intake is a real treat. Thank you ? I would have posted a picture of my Lunch but there is no option to upload a picture.Wheelchair accessibility: Two wheelchair ramps for both entrances with handi_cap parking right by the entrance. IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE AN AUTOMATIC ENTRY OPTION FOR PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS. ♿️ Push a button to open the door, would be so beneficial for our disabled population. ?⭐️?

Drive thru for a quick snack before grocery shopping nearby. The fellow working the window was excellent, heard us correctly and had a clear friendly professional tone. The burgers came quickly and were more than a snack! Tasty and filling we drove away satisfied and ready to focus while shopping. Recommend!
My Taste Buds stomach was growling and requested Carl's Jr. western cheeseburger and milkshake. My Taste Buds was on a budget and agreed on one food item from the menu and a chocolate milk shake was chosen instead. The milk shake was semi-thick and refreshing. The only reason I go to this location, is because it's closest to my job and my lunch time is only 30min.The people that work there make me feel like i inconvenienced their whole life. And I'll give them about an 89% accuracy of orders. It's always usually very unpleasant.

There were three cars ahead of me when I pulled into line at the drive thru. The 1st car at the box was there for 6 mins before pulling up who knows how long he was sitting before i got there. The 2nd car pulled right up and out. The 3rd car was there for another 8 mins. It's finally my turn and I have been sitting at the box for 6 or more mins. I had time to mobile order my food on the app because some of the food is much much cheaper on the app. I'm talking like an almost $8 difference in total.I may update after I eat but the drive thru experience had to be spoke on now.
