This location needs to SHUT down! Disgusting dirty place. They have cockroaches everyone! A cockroach was inside the fries! Unbelievable! Do not eat here everyone unless you want some extra protein with cockroaches.

I payed over $50 for old hard fries, a sandwich swimming in mayo when I asked for none. I was told I had to pay extra to get what I had already ordered and payed for. My whole meal was trash. The poor kid at the window just looked lost and kept having to go ask someone questions. They never came to help him even though I was the only customer. I feel sorry for the guy at the window. Whoever was making the food and supposedly helping him was absolutely worthless. Such a waste of money.

This particular Carl's is terrible. I ordered a western cheese burger this time meat cold and the onion rings tasted awful. It tasted as if the oil they were cooked in was old and spoiled. Cheese not melted. Yikes!
Its been like 8 months since the last time i came here and they still have zero sauce besides ketchup. The food has consistently declined with each visit as the price goes up... will be the last time to this location. If you want good burgers go to flaming grill on watt

Owner of this Carl's Jr is greedy and don't want to stock up on ranch dip. They been out for months to year straight and the fries here 98 percent of the time it's cold. Only going to this place because close to work but I'm definitely cutting them

Went to drive through. They had us pull around to the front door, so we ate in the car after that since we were parked. Food was good. Not as great as in the past

A bit frustrated giving this 4 star review because I've visited this Carl's Jr on Bell after 10:30pm and on at least 4 occasions the young guy (not sure if he is Persian or Hispanic) ALWAYS cuts me off when I'm trying to order. I mean, I'm am most of the time not even finished saying what I want to order and then he cuts me off saying "anything next? Anything next!?" That is so rude, so unprofessional and extremely frustrating when you try to order. Constantly getting cut off to where you can't even finish what you're saying. I finally told the guy that I wasn't finished yet only for him to say "okay go ahead!" I think I've experienced similar with another older light-skinned black guy. All 4 -5 experiences have been in the late evening after 10:45pm. I also noticed that both of these men will ask (at different times) me if I would like to try one of the specials, and then after I'd say no thank you, the guy would just stay quiet. So I decided to stay quiet until they asked me to state what I wanted to order. This is extremely frustrating because I shouldn't have to do that! Also, the reason why I'm trying to give a description of the guys is because I don't know their names. And the only reason why I'm barely saying something now is because it has become so frustrating coming to this Carls Jr after 10:30pm because it's like this every time I visit. And I'm getting tired of getting cut off when I'm trying to order. I appreciate the hours of this Carls Jr. I just never had this experience with the female workers and want to commend you regarding those workers. If someone could please advise the staff about cutting people off when they're trying to order it would be so appreciated. Sorry for the mixed review (4 stars with a complaint😫🫣😅) because otherwise the food is great the service is quick AND the other workers were great (a couple need to learn etiquette).
