These guys are always OUT OF RANCH... For the past 2 months... Not sure if employees are eating the ranch sauce... BUT the Owner needs to get with it!!!! All the other CJ's never have this problem.... it's always this one on Bell & Arden

7/11 order#04926 went thru the drive thru pick up order not only was the sauce I paid $2.49 not in the bag they put someone else's burger in my bag. The burger I ordered was cold the bacon dry what a total disappointment the night worker this night was terrible. When I first pulled up to the windows he handed me someone else's milk shake I gave it back told him I didn't order it.

The food was hot and fresh! I came thru the drive thru one night and a worker by the name of angel was the absolute best worker I’ve ever seen. He went above and beyond on the service! He was very friendly. I definitely will be returning back 10/10

Worst experience. Went today and was not happy with my burger brought it back untouched with receipt and they refused to refund my money or exchange my food. Also ordered the star nuggets for my daughter and they were old and dried up. Will never go to Carls jr. again.

Today during my lunch break I went into the restaurant and ordered some food. I was greeted well by the worker, Juanita, who took my order. The food was out quickly and she was very respectful and patient throughout our interactions.
