A bit frustrated giving this 4 star review because I've visited this Carl's Jr on Bell after 10:30pm and on at least 4 occasions the young guy (not sure if he is Persian or Hispanic) ALWAYS cuts me off when I'm trying to order. I mean, I'm am most of the time not even finished saying what I want to order and then he cuts me off saying "anything next? Anything next!?" That is so rude, so unprofessional and extremely frustrating when you try to order....

9-Decemeber around 6pm my boyfriend and I ordered through the Drive Thru and to our shock and joy there was no AI taking our order (in Stockton Carl's Jr AI takes order) thank goodness because the process was a lot quicker and smoother. At this time we were the only car and the employees did an excellent job at making the food quickly and fresh, as well as having great customer service!

Before the pandemic, this place was an amazing restaurant. However, since the pandemic, for some reason, the quality has declined; even the French fries have become dry, and overall, the food doesn't taste as good anymore.
