I visited this location yesterday, I ordered a meal a burger and fries when I received my food the fries were not hot they were at a low warm temperature close to being just plain cold. The oil they were cooked in was most likely old oil, the burger was super greasy, & the lettuce was near rotten. I feel a business should keep everything fresh for their customers especially with how expensive it is now you get low quality for a high price doesn't seem fair. The only good thing I can say about my visit was the drive thru cashiers customers service she was very nice and provided excellent customer service.

They close early every day. The worker said the "manager" texts him and tells him to close early all the time.This Carl's jr sucks and doesn't honor the times it posts open to close.

The sloppiest and most unprofessional group I've ever seen. I've been 5 times, they have never even gotten close to getting the order right. Each time. I have to wait 5-10 extra minutes for an order and then I have to check each item, and something is always wrong. I can't imagine myself actually leaving a FF review, but the owner is a lunatic if he thinks this is a sustainable model. I get it's FF, but it's California, and next year, when wages and prices go up, this will 100000% close down with employees like this. Train better. Pay more attention. Simple as that.

I’m 90% sure they spat in my Western Cheeseburger. One spot on the bottom bun was exceptionally soaked, and it did not appear to be any sort of oil. Like a watery substance. The drive through employee rushed me with only one other driver in line. I’ll NEVER order from here again!!! Couldn’t pay me to eat from here. Btw I was respectful and practiced my p’s and q’s.

The workers seemed agitated as I looked at offers on the mobile app. Also, I ordered a lemonade and unfortunately the drink machine was down and the offered me water instead. They were completely out of condiments only ketchup. The employees also spoke Spanish the whole time of me standing there. Very unprofessional!

We came here last night on fri 13th order #3 no onions or salt and Chile combo was over cook and it had salt on fries it was supposed to be no salt I paid $21.31 for something we did not eat I'm very dissatisfied and want a refund Carl's jr should not be serving food like that to customers cook got to do better Customer service are very important get orders right this are worst location I will never come here they mess up on my order years ago I had nerve come here again nothing change this location need to be shut down today 10/19/23 I still have not heard from district or Regional Manger it's been week that's not ok I want my refund I have my receipt I'm done with this Carl's jr bad Bussiness today November 8th 2023 still have not heard from Cooperate and I left messages at that location no call back from general manger nether ridiculous been 3weeks in half I want my refound
It was a bad experience. Me and my girlfriend and I decided we were going to go to. Carl's junior a boy, was that a bad idea? It's safe like reception hit the bad. What day after another kept a curry at this restaurant? First documents, second, no refills, third, bad grease. What day got there? Another kept going bad. It did the HAndy man came in, we overheard him tell The staffThe refrigeration is broken. The food we'll have to be replaced. The same food, they serve us The food has a nasty taste to it. Like they were reusing oil for a week. It had that nasty taste aback of your tongue and weird get done. Eating is still a backyard. You can't get rid of it unless you brush your teeth. It was pretty horrible. If the staff told me just because I walked outside. I wasn't allowed to get any more refills. Just a bad environment when I walked into the place. The manager would take my order for at least 10 minutes after a walk-in. She was too busy on her phone to take my order. the whole time for at least 10 minutes before she took my order.

When it looked at my order, 2 items out of 2 items were both wrong. Asked if they were right, they said yes when I got home. They were wrong. I asked for replacement when I called and Josh. The manager with no last name was unable to provide us with any kind of resolution. I also received no receipt and he was very unaccommodating when I ask for a refund or a replacement. I will never come here ever again. You have lost a customer forever.
