The MOST RUDE & INCOMPETENT fast food worker ever! Pulled up to order only to be told to wait, Waited four minutes in drive-through when she got on the intercom she giggled and said how can I help you and I said not at all and drove off went into side to see if it was busy and it wasn’t busy! But to come back to the window and laugh, you knew you were doing wrong This is a workplace, not a playground!

Decent food but they have gotten our order wrong multiple times, leaving out things we ordered and getting them incorrect. The order often takes a long time to make too. When you try to call, no one answers. Left feeling overall very short changed.

The staff here are always lovely! Great service and so fast. I’ve never waited longer than 3 minutes in the drive thru. Shoutout to Josefa and Miciah, they’re doing great!

Ordered delivery, and, FINALLY!!! Food that was absolutely delicious!
The food was, literally, piping hot, obviously fresh, and was just exactly like I remember from when a great product actually meant something.

Came in for breakfast. Went up to the counter and waited to order. 1 person in the back and the other on drive thru. Waiting patiently to order. Was completely ignored, and both of them didn't come up to say anything to me. Car came through the drive thru, and they started taking order. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I gave up and took my business to Jack in the box. Overall, it was a bad experience and not coming back. It wasn't even busy as there was no customer in the lobby and literally 1 car in the drive thru after I got there.

It's good! I had the Jalapeno Cheese Burger Combo and liked it. The Fries are crunchy and salted well. And the portion size is pretty good!

I went thru the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon and got my food in less than 2 minutes or so. I then decided to eat inside for the vibes.

Its pretty clean inside. The christmas decorations are a nice touch. However I was the only customer inside so it felt kinda dead. The fountain drink station wasn't working too so that was a bit of a bummer.

I'd probably come back if I'm in the mood for something fatty and heavy!

Wow! I used the drive up this week. After placing my order no one showed up at window 1. So I pulled up to window 2 and again no one showed up. I left and went to Jack-in-the-Box. You'd be better off if you went somewhere else. What a joke!

The food is delicious I ussually come in around 3 or 4 pm with my client I work in behavior health and the staff is ussually friendly and know we come in regularly but tonight the so called shift lead Julie was being really rude rushing us out and giving myself and my client hard dirty looks because we didn't want to take our food to go so they close there lobby but it was still 20 minutes before closing refused to put my clients food on a tray and put it in a to go bag and I asked for a tray for my clients food and she refused and said no because they were getting ready to close the lobby and remind you we still had 20 mins so we had plenty of time to still eat she was rude and and had horrible customer service

Food is always great from Carl's jr. It is definently one of the better fast food establishments. Plus++ if you go to the family tree thrift shoppe and buy a $5 coupon book you've scored extra. ?

Staff was standoffish. Made me feel like I was bothering them. Sandwich was awesome, onion rings were stale and so was the vanilla shake. I guess they make a bunch of cups and put them in the freezer ahead of time. Only customer there at the time, had placed an order through the app. When I asked about my drink, it almost felt like I was being accused of lying and they spent a minute looking up my order, last one they got mind you, to verify size and drink because the machine in the lobby doesn’t work and I guess they aren’t going to take my word for it. I thought it would be as easy as handing me a cup.

At this rate it wouldn’t surprise me if this location closes in the near future. $20 meal, bad service, and I’m still hungry? At least the lobby was nice and clean. Nobody eats here I guess.
