From start to finish Casablanca Cafe and Catering has it all figured out. Payment was easy, there was great communication and confirmation of my order, delivery was on time, food was fresh and delicious, and the list goes on. I got so many compliments about their food from our guests and we enjoyed every single food item they brought us! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.
Chef Derek and his staff catered my daughter's quinceanera in Merced CA. His attention to detail was impecable. I shared my vision of the elevated menu options I wanted and he executed everything flawlessly. My guests paid high compliments to the chef and his staff for the perfectly flavored menu options available to them! Chef Derek did not overlook a thing! Chef Derek has a loyal cusotmer in me as everything was literally perfect thanks to him!
We hired Casablanca Cafe for our wedding and I am so glad we did. From the second we met Cher and Derrick they made us feel special. They went above and beyond for us. We ended up hiring Cher for our florals and omg!! She executed our vision to a T!! Everything was stunning and my guests begging me to take the arrangements home after the wedding.
