I spent $50 on this slop. I ordered 2 cups of cheese which they didn’t include. The sandwich barely has any cheese on it. They didn’t wrap it properly so food arrived very soggy. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog….

If there was negative 0 stars I would give them One off my worst service I came 3 days in raw and they close 30-20 mint earlier and on top off it they say no fries or chicken wings at 6:45 the did same think 3 days in raw I been coming here for years but the employee is dirty messy and has no respect I am paying over 50 for two people food and he’s being very rude and on top off it there was onion skin on it didn’t make it right and messed up my order on top one off the last time I’ll be coming here

Food was good ngl I ordered the Bacon 3 cheesesteak it was hella good service was very good the service named Yahir didn’t hear me at first but that’s ok cause I mean it’s everybody eating over here in a big mall. Athmosphere was good not a lot of mess in the counter

Edit 1:I forgot to say I also ordered mozzarella sticks and French fries mozzarella sticks are like good 8.9 French fries I mean they were from my brother and it passed some good 30 minutes and I didn’t notice them the French ties wt cold were hmm 6.1

Food was good ngl. The thing that made me write this review is the employee that was working there, if the receipt is right his name is Gabriel, had an attitude and very rude, even before I started ordering. Once the food was placed on the counter I asked him if that’s was mine since he didn’t say anything, he looked at me and talked to me like I was an idiot, just making sure i didn’t take anyone else order. If he is the manager of the place, no wonder why he was working alone, nobody would like to work with someone with that attitude.

I usually get friendly service here, however the guy at the counter Friday evening was not it. I asked for a boneless combo w cheese fries, sauce in the side, bc I’m driving home and I didn’t want the fries to get soggy. His reply was “ugh, if that’s what you want” with a big sigh and eyeroll. I replied never mind and no thank you, bc I can only imagine how bad the food would have been at that point. I get it, it’s not a glam job but you could do so much better. It was just cheese.

Got a small Philly with fries. Sandwich had no bell peppers. I asked why and the cook said they are out of them. Would have been nice to know this when I ordered. It was dry, barely any meat. I ordered no tomatoes, no pickles but got tomatoes anyway. Not good at all. Fries were ok. Have been to a charleys before and enjoyed the food. Won't go back to this one.

No one available early evening from 4pm to 4:30. I love Charlie's and decided to wait. I am disappointed as I was unable to collect reward points for my purchase, today. Asked for a number to speak to the corporate and was informed they did not. Today was a poor Experience.

So my brother ordered us food from the food court and instead of serving him with a tray for all his food he ended up dropping one of his Philly cheesesteak in front of the cashiers. You would’ve thought they would make him another but they told him to leave it and didn’t give him a new one. The manager Maria was very rude about it and said nobody else had a problem carrying their food so it was his fault. Terrible customer service at this place.
