Bad service the person who attended me is a very rude person does not advise properly and gave me spicy wings for my children under 4 years old when I asked for the change it was even more rude

ZERO STARS!!!!!
I just left and had a terrible experience. I told the employee Susana (who had an attitude) I want my sandwich plain I’m allergic to certain food. they still put it on my sandwich, I went back and told them I said pain on the sandwich i’m ALLERGIC. I watched another young lady just try to scrape what I’m allergic to off the sandwich. Will be contacting corporate because I can die from something like this.

This is beyond bad quality of food and service. Food is prepared with hate and handed to you with frowns! We got sick from the few bites we took from the food. Do not waste your health on this place. They do not deserve to call it Phill steak, what a disaster.

Instead of just giving you the food that’s already made. Then had an attitude on top of it all. So food was cold and she refused to refund

Worker Kai doubled my order charged me more than what I was supposed to but food is good but costed me 15 dollars more

I had an extremely bad experience at Charley’s Cheesesteak. The cashier working on 12/13/2025 around 1:15 PM was the most disrespectful customer service representative I’ve ever encountered.

I’m not usually a fan of fast food, but I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. She was rushing through the orders, got it wrong, and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing the issue, she simply said “I don’t care.”

That response alone shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

Very rude and not helpful I asked the lady a question and she would not answer me and ignored me totally and told me to go order from the screen. I asked another young man that was working if he could help me out and he told me No and went into the back of the kitchen. I advised not to give this business your money because they don't care to hire people with courtesy

Best cheesesteak I’ve had in a long time! Fresh bread, perfectly cooked steak, and tons of flavor. Friendly service and fast, too. Definitely recommend!

Went here yesterday. What a joke. The man that handed us the food looked angry and had no customer service skills. I don’t know why he’s even working here, if you’re unhappy, go somewhere else. It’s not our faults you’re a miserable person. Anyways, he poured our fries in a cup. When we got our fries, some of the fries fell and he completely ignored it. Didn’t offer to give us fries for the ones that fell from the cup. I don’t get why he didn’t just put it in a bowl for us instead. They had a stack of paper bowls. It was our first time coming to eat at Charley’s and after this, NEVER AGAIN. Should’ve just tried the other places in that area instead. I wished I came to see the reviews because out of all the places in the food court, this one has the worst reviews and I understand why.

There’s a dude that works here who should be fired, I think I’m his name is Adam. He refused to help a disabled lady in a wheelchair. How’s a disabled lady supposed to reach the self serve kiosk. Like if you don’t wanna work cool quit. But don’t be rude and to disabled people. Fire this guy.

The ladies were nice and polite. However the food has barely any mean on it, no onions and no green peppers. The meat is barely on the sandwich.
