Food wasn't worth it and you wait so long for it to be made. Before waiting so long for your food, it takes a lifetime to get one of their employees to speak to you, even though you are standing in line and they've made eye contact with you multiple times. Don't waste your time at this place.

Food court opens at 10am and yet Charley's Cheesesteaks still closed, it's 10:44am. Many customer who wanted this just like me had to walk away. Tried calling out just to see if anyone is at the back and waited 25 minutes by the tables and no one can be found. Updated: 10:47am a girl finally comes out and turns on the light but will take some time to heat up grill and whatnots.

I bought the “everday special” menu, the chicken was good, but one side of the fries was raw while the other side was burnt and the employees were very indifferent. I think you could be a little more friendly.

These cheese and bacon fries were awful. They use nacho cheese from a can and the bacon was gross. Would not order this again.Their bread was also urgh...not a good experience this time around.

If I could give this a - star I would. I see I'm not the only one with bad customer service from this place in Arden fair mall. I have NEVER experienced bad customer service like we did in this place. Got my 6 year old a kids meal and we were not given a lid for her cup. The cup looked like a water cup which I didn't mind but she's 6 so a lid was a must. My husband said that he had asked them for one and they say they didn't have any and he told them "what if she spills it" and all she did was give him a shoulder shrub, like saying I don't know or o well. I then went to ask them for one since earlier when my husband went I was ordering other food from another location. I was nice about it when I asked for the lid and the girl (young Latin girl) said there was none for those cups , so I said well can I get that cup there I don't care if it's bigger I just need something with a lid . She said we don't have lids for those neither .. I then told her ok can I get any cup that has a lid my 6 year old is going to spill it . She said rudely that those other cups are expensive and that ppl paid for those .. I clearly paid for my daughters kid meal so I'm entitled to a cup with a lid as well ! .. i told her its not my fault that they were out of lids. i asked her for the manager and she said she was the manager .. at the end she gave me a cup with a lid but this was after arguing with her. i told her i was going to file a complaint and she said Go ahead ! while we were eating my daughter was uncomfortable because she said they all kept laughing and looking our way . These girls are super immature and not professional at all. we will never go eat at this place again! DO NOT eat here ! this place should be replaced with professional ppl. and to top it off made me more disappointed that they were hispanic as i am too. I also left a complaint via email and they never got back to me.

SOME DISHES YOU CAN TELL THAT IT WAS PREPARED FROM THE HEART WITH PASSION AND LOVE; SADLY THIS WAS NOT IT. ITS THE CHEESE THAT DETROYS THE SANDWHICH. THE CHEESE IS OVERPOWERING. MORE CHEESE DOES NOT MAKE A SANDWHICH BETTER. I ORDERED THE ORIGINAL CHEESESTEAK WITH CHEESE FRIES, IT WAS HORRIBLE. Been going there for years. The last few times, tho, it's customer service isn't what it used to be. There's only 2 employees when there was 3(which is needed). The 2 who are there are working very hard but, as I said, 2 isn't enough. You wait too long to order because the other 2 are cooking/putting the sandwiches together. The man behind me in line today left before ordering.

The young Mexican woman with the long braids is extremely rude AF. My family and I are dealing with a death in the family and trying to uplift the spirits of my nephew who lost his mom and baby brother. When we first got to the counter, the lady was angry and said she wasn't going to serve us any fries and the fry maker was closed. Ok I got it! But the kids placed an order for some mozzarella sticks and lemonade. My sister in law and I were placing our orders and the kids tell me they didn't get their lemonade or sticks. So I go up to the lady and ask her what's up with the order. She starts practically screaming "I told you the fry machine is broken and we aren't serving you!". I asked her what her problem was, why she was being rude? She stated angrily "I am on my own, do you see anyone helping?" I am sorry to hear your plight. But this chick is closing out other peoples orders giving them drinks and sticks before and after us. On top of that, if you don't like your job why take it out on others? At this point, I was pissed . My nephew is stressing out (shaking) and we are trying to give him what he wants and trying to uplift his spirit. This B caused his anxiety to go up MORE. How are we supposed to know the mozzarella sticks are being fried in the same fryer? If I hadn't gone up to her,she wouldn't have given the kids their drinks and refunded my SIL the money for the sticks. I literally saw her handing drinks and sticks to other people before and after me.If this lady can't handle the heat, she seriously needs to get out of the fire. My nephew told everyone what happened yesterday and the anxiety was high even at midnight.People need to be cognizant that their behavior and attitude, way they treat people could be triggering others. I am hardly ever upset or so angry. She made a stressful situation worse for us. Selfish,angry people like her need to be mindful. They're in the service business, not in the being a rude, angry,let me be a rude b***** stress you out even more business.My nephew loves Charley's. If he could, he would eat it daily. This review is only for the service. I did not get food due to the very rude girls that were working this morning. I had to ask a question and they acted like they were put out by my question. One girl gave me so much attitude and rolled her eyes because I asked her if I should clear the self serve kiosk. As Chad C said above the customer service is horrible and you are gonna lose a lot more customers this way. This was the mall location at 1045

Went to get food with my son first no one served us for 2 minutes then another lady shows up and serves us, rude no how you doing today she straight up said what do you want. Then when she handed us our straws my son did not get one, so my son asked could have a straw she ignored him and was making the food while talk to someone on her personal phone. Never coming back, do not recommend!

They must be hurting for employees with the staff they hired. Cashier does not know how to pay attention and the girl who gives you your food was rude af and looks like she hates life. s/o to the old lady making the sandwich atleast that was decent. Will not be back though.
