Such great food!! Just the fried itself had so much flavor. Ask for chili oil if you want some spice - it’s delicious.

Attentive service, excellent food, would definitely return. Ordered the Tom kha soup (medium) and it had a deep and complex flavor. We then had the panang curry chicken (hot) and it certainly lived up to the spice and the hype, very impressed with the flavor. Total with Thai ice tea and rice came to $40 with tax and tip.

Found this GEM while taking my gf to get her nails done across the street. Kin Thai was my favorite Thai place in sac until eating here. The staff is WONDERFUL, the food is SPECTACULAR. Recommend the basil fried rice with pork belly, and the pad see ew. The pineapple curry is also really enjoyable.

We tried both the mango and pineapple curry, and they were absolutely delicious! So warm and fresh and the broth was sooo tasty. We’ll be back! Definitely worth a visit
People of Sacramento, I can’t believe how freakin good this place is, holy smokes!!! I have eaten at many a Thai restaurant in the Bay Area and here, and this places takes the Mf’ing cake! The flavors were ON POINT. Can’t wait to go back and try more things. This place is a treasure. I am not exaggerating.

Great Thai place to try out!
Food: Fried wing, roti with curry, Thai style papaya salad, pad Thai, & steak salad. Portions! Great portions for a Thai place!
Ambience: Small but welcoming. Loved all the natural light that came in through the window.
Parking: Small. Would be hard if it was busy cause there are other shops & restaurants around.
Service: Quick & friendly.
Overall I really enjoyed it here. The food was good. I Don't really care for sweet pad Thai but I've had sweeter at other places...maybe Pad Thai is just not my thing. Liked the look & feel of the place & food was good but the best thing is their portions! Usually Thai restaurants give you so little for your buck that unless it's just you or you & a date, it's not worth going to when feeding a family. Usually a dish is like 2 small handful but here, it fills the whole serving plate!I would definitely come back here again.
Recommendation: Go! Definitely go check them out too!

Dingy place that can really use an upgrade to the decor. A little bit would go along way as far as that. Honestly though, interior design is something I could care less about. The server was slow and oblivious despite that I was 1 of 2 customers, the meal took about 40% longer than it should have as I was waiting for her attention while they ate, chit-chatted and played on their phone. They forgot the Hot Tea I ordered, gave it to me after serving me everything else and still charged for it, not a big deal, just annoying as Hot Tea always takes a while to cool and I was practically done with my meal at that point. I ordered the Fried Tofu and the Egg Rolls for apps. The Egg Rolls were disappointingly awful, again good potential, they looked great, perfect size, I love the ingredients they used I think they just weren't fresh as they were mushy in the middle with a poor texture but the worst was the bitter greasy taste of the wrap probably from a combination of really old fryer grease being absorbed by the old spongy wrap. The fried tofu was not much better, again I think it just wasn't fresh. It was likely fried at a different time and then reheated as it was very dry, and flavorless (yes even for fried tofu I eat it a lot) and the biggest tell: still cold in the middle. The only saving grace was the entree I ordered; Veggie Delight with Fried tofu; despite being a little too much on the salty side (I like salt, it was just a tad bit overdone) the dish had an excellent garlicky flavor and the veggies were fresh, crisp with a wonderful variety and cut appropriately (not giant pieces), it was a very tasty! However again the fried tofu I don't think was fresh and again poor grease taste. After writing all this out honestly I think they're only problem is that they are being cheap and not changing out the grease in the fryer, that probably created the poorly cooked tofu (old grease doesn't get as hot) as well as produce a rancid taste on everything that is cooked in it. So please Charm Thai; GET NEW GREASE FOR THE FRYER
Vegetarian options: Typical Thai food veggie options, most dishes have the option. Ask them when they got new grease in the fryer before ordering anything fried (tofu, egg rolls) because it was bad when I went

CHARM THAI has delicious, tender chicken satay with sweet/savory dipping sauces.
The drunken noodles are FAT AND CHEWY, they have amazing texture and superb flavor
The lad thai is delicious and the noodles are in that special chewy-but-firm zone that makes me cream myself.
They provide housemade chili powder which goes well with the pad thai.
Overall CHARM THAI is an adventure in mouthfeel and their food has that flavor that makes me wanna keep eating to the point where I forget to breath.
Parking: There's a semi-unsafe street parking available behind the establishment

Some of the best thai food I have had in Sacramento! The thom kha was even better than the ones in Thailand. A little expensive but definitely taste good.

I just had the pad thai and steamed veggies. It was not good. The pad thai tasted like it was leftover from yesterday... noodles stuck together, sauce was thick, and mild must mean no spice at all... and the veggies were raw. I was excited to try a new thai place that had glowing reviews, but am very disappointed ? I ordered to pick up, and arrived early, and my order was ready when I got there. Small place, homey. Not sure I will go back.
