The taiyakis here took me back to Japan. The fillings aren't traditional, but the way they make the fish with mochi flour is very close to what I had in Japan. It wasn't just crispy but also soft and sticky at the same time. The taiyaki was just the right sweetness so that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet with the custard filling and was well-complimented by the cheese/pizza filling.
