The service at this restaurant has really gone downhill. I’ve noticed a pattern that when the shift manager a young, white, male usually dressed in black slacks and a blue polo Is operating the store there seems to be a numerous amount of service issues Including mistakes with food, missing product, Lack of customer service and rude customer service. You can tell that when this guy is in charge, you should not come here and eat it at this Restaurant let alone attempt to utilize the app or expect the employees to ask if you would like to use the app as required as part of their job function.
I’m sorry but Chick Fil A, If your goal is to maintain a high level of service and integrity I would rethink having this guy operating the store as he acts more like a friend to his employees than a boss.

Well, we came here trying to redeem an offer from this franchise. The ad/offer was right on the front window of the restaurant. When we attempted to use the offer on the app, they claimed there was no offer. The owner/general manager Livui Vizitiu stated the same thing. I was disgusted and complained to corporate customer service and they did nothing also.
We went to Popeyes. We will have to rethink our loyalty red status, and option for KFC or Popeyes

A man wearing glasses working the drive thru window was rude with my older mother and was sighing and trying to force us to take a drink carrier when we said no thank you. Not one ounce of kindness when communicating

With no customers before me at 7:30am, I was still waiting 6 minutes for my food. When I got home, I was disappointed that I received the wrong order and was overcharged for what I ended up receiving. I ordered the Egg white grilled muffin, and received a bacon egg and cheese biscuit of poor quality. The bacon was burnt, like it was microwaved to a uncomfortable crisp, and the biscuit was dry and fell apart.

I placed a mobile order for 9/27 when I came to the drive thru window the girl parked everyone and I ordered one sandwich and a medium fry. Everyone else got their food while I waited over 20 minutes. Very bad customer service and all they offered was a free dessert will not be coming back.

It's great and refreshing to see that there are still companies out there that still believe in customer service and care!
