Their drive up service is horrible!! One person outside to greet/deal with cars. It just seems like this location has no hustle at all. The location at Madison Ave is amazing in comparison don't understand why this location is so horrible

New location, and it sure looks pretty. It just sucks that the few times I've been by this new location, they get my order wrong every time.
The food is always good at this chain. This place particularly seems to have a positive energy.

I was excited to have a location so close to home. However, i have been here multiple times and every time is something. From long wait times, to incorrect orders, and finally TODAY, NO hash browns. You all should consider putting out a sign, if you are out of something. Ultimately, this location has improvements to make. It is not your typical Chick-fil-A. It is a new location so hopefully with training and time things will improve. I like Chick-fil-A but not enough to keep spending money and being disappointed nearly every-time.

My family keeps trying to wait for this place to get better but, it's just not worth it anymore. Came on Thursday, at 6:50 am. Closed. Spouse and daughter went the next day. Both woke up violently ill. Process of elimination (no pun intended) points to this place.
Best Chick-fil-A, the customer service is outstanding. Shout out to Jeremy, he’s the best.

Do not go to this Chick-fil-A bad service they lied to you and the food portions are significantly smaller. Very disappointed will no longer go to Chick-fil-A. Do not recommend.

I know they have some issues with the drive thru. Every business has to sort of figure out their flow of service when they first start. The owner brought my food out to the drive thru to me personally cause he saw someone cut in front of me and then moved a few cones so I could leave without having to wait. He then thanked me for using the mobile app as he put the cone back in place behind me. He's a really good guy and I was really impressed by that. I have no doubt he will figure out the flow of service quite quickly and encourage everyone to stop by here and support a good store with great staff. Got home with my order to discover plastic embedded in my chicken sandwich's breading. I know this is a new location but this isn't the first bad experience I've had here (long wait times or screwing up order). I overlooked the other experienced and chalked it up as growing pains for a new store but this is my last time eating here.

Very nice, new building. I went thru the drive thru today (1/21). I know they recently opened. I expected the food to taste awesome.
Sadly, it didnt. I order the same thing for breakfast there: breakfast burrito, hash browns, and chicken minis. The hash browns tasted awful, the oil tasted off, they were super soggy. The burrito had an off taste too. Doesnt help the hash browns are in it. The chicken minis were the only thing I ate and taste mostly normal.
For now, I'll stick to the other locations.

I’ve been by three times via drive-thru and I’m very pleased with this new location. Delicious food, excellent customer service and quick service. I like the new open door for the staff because if the person ahead of me foods not ready, the employee walked out, gave me my food and I used the other lane and was on my way. They make the milkshakes extra thick and everything was fresh. I’m going to this location from now on rather than driving all the way out to Arden.

Probably not employees fault for lack of training from operator. So line was short but taking forever, employees did not know how to add from rewards,by time they figured it out breakfast was over and they denied me getting it, out of principle went to Madison and they did everything right.

I asked for honey and they gave me honey roasted bbq but it’s ok because I have honey at home. Asked for chicken egg and cheese biscuit and they added a spicy chicken patty in my sandwich instead or a regular chicken patty. This is where they messed up because this is officially how I’m going to order it every time. I thought I knew what I wanted when I ordered for breakfast today but truly, whoever was in the kitchen and swapped the patty knew me better than I knew myself. Best sandwich ever thank you so much.

This is a great location that we'll always try to stop by at when we get the chance. The owner cares about the community and will make sure you enjoy your food and are satisfied by the experience of dining at the new location. Very clean and we'll maintained restaurant with consistently good food.

My personal favorite Chick-fil-A location. The service was wonderful, and the staff was patient and accommodating with my specific item changes. I used the drive-thru, and everyone was extremely attentive. Since they’re new, they double- and triple-checked my order to make sure everything was correct and even asked me to review it before driving off so nothing was missed.
I also love their drive-thru setup. At most Chick-fil-A locations, when the line gets long, you end up weaving into regular traffic, which can be chaotic and frustrating. This location’s drive-thru is next to a mostly empty parking lot, making the experience much calmer, less stressful, and easier to navigate.
Unlike most locations where you feel rushed to grab the bag and go, this experience was smooth, calm, and genuinely helpful. The food tasted fresh, and the fries were still hot—which is rare for me when using the drive-thru. The owner was also very sweet and welcoming. I had a great first experience and will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.
