Worst customer service i have ever experienced This was our first time going there ,me and my husband went there around 330am and waited patiently for 1-2 min till they noticed us and this African American guy came and attended us and got us seated , after that no one came to take our order for 15 mins and he started taking other people order who came after us , it was 3 different parties . We felt fully ignored and than we just walked out and still he didnât even acknowledged or apologize or mentioned anything .

No matter how many times you ask for honey pockets, they never include them. You have to call every single time just to get one, which feels like begging. Itâs strange because when you order waffles, it should be standard for honey pockets to come with them. Eating waffles without honey is just dry and disappointing

I placed an order expecting it to be ready when I got to the restaurant only to find out I had to wait an extra 40 minutes. While I sat waiting for my order, I noticed customers placing orders in the store and leaving with their orders. Instead of prioritizing my order they went ahead and got everyone situated and left me waiting. Eventually, when my order came out a lady asked me to verify if I paid for my order, questioning if I ever even placed the order. The whole experience was disappointing and I donât see myself ordering there again.

Terrible Service and Disrespectful Staff
I had a really disappointing experience here. My friend ordered a watermelon smoothie, but when the drinks arrived, hers tasted like strawberry lemonade. We asked the waiter if it was the right drink, and he insisted it was watermelonâeven though it clearly wasnât.
While we were laughing about the mix-up, we overheard the waiter say we were âcrazy.â That was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we checked the receipt after leaving, it confirmed the drink was actually a âStrawberry Delight.â So not only did they mess up the order, they lied about it and insulted us.
I wonât be coming back, and I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect and honesty.

I was greeted when I sat down and they reviewed the menu with me. They brought out tasters of the greens and candied yams⊠BOMB!! We ordered wings, salad, ox tails, fried green tomatoes, chicken and grits. The best grits ever!!!! Donât sleep on this place!!!!!!!

Nessa is great give her a raise warming greet every time I come in she remembers my order an makes sure everything is to my liking most importantly makes sure Iâm satisfied
Today was the first time I tried this place, wanted to give them a shot since it was open for breakfast and pictures looked nice. I ended up ordering a loco moco, fried green tomatoes, Mac and cheese, and peach lemonade. Loco mocos presentation was horrible. Rice was overcooked, hamburger patty had no flavor at all, and gravy poured all over and the only thing on the plate with flavor. This plate didnât look appetizing at all. This was legit one of the worst plates Iâve ever ordered. Fried green tomatoes had potential but break apart super fast soon as you take a bite. Flavor was good on that tho. Peach lemonade was good but for $5 a glass theyâre trippin and not worth it for 12oz. Overall review is that this place has potential however with I hop and Dennyâs nearby youâll get better tasting food at better prices as this place is severely overpriced for what youâre getting.
