If I could give a zero, I would. The server Jordan was so rude to the point that my friend and I left before we received our food. We talked to the manager Jaylee, but she was little to no help with the situation. To be treated the way that we were. I hope and pray that they fix how their servers treat patrons, and I really hope that no one has to endure what my friend and I endured at this location. As I mentioned to the manager Jaylee, Jordan shouldn't judge books by their cover.

Girls night out and we had a great time at this Chili's 🌶️ location. Even though it was packed, the service was spectacular. I'm sad that I didn't get the waitress's name because she was on point with everything that we asked for and in a timely manner. She was a very polite and efficient worker. Oh and the food was so yum..😋 We definitely will be back! 🤗

Today my son and I came to Chili's for lunch. The food was great. Our server, Natalie, was wonderful. She was very efficient and friendly. When our drinks were low she stopped by the table to see if we needed more to drink and she also checked to make sure we had enough honey chipotle sauce. She was wonderful, we really appreciated having her as our server.
