What a terrible place to visit for lunch. The attitude of employees is a big "**** You" to customers. These folks need to be reminded that they are there for the customers. Walked in for lunch from work, dressed in dress shirt and suit. Needed to use the bathroom because of the pressing biological need, was refused access by the staff. I was told you need to buy something before they will give a code to the door to the bathroom, I told them I am having lunch here, I am, I will be buying food, but first I needed to use the facilities first and then wash my hands, this was followed by brash words from the staff on the registers, and their expressed full-on disregard to my needs, buy something first! ... I went next door to Noah's Bagels where the girl at the cash register went out of her way to help me. DON'T GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. THESE PEOPLE HATE CUSTOMERS.

I'm just going to leave this here,Effective January 1, 2023, AB 1632 will require a place of business that is open to the general public for the sale of goods, and that has a toilet facility for its employees to allow any individual who is lawfully on the premises of that place of business to use that toilet facility during normal business hours, even if the place of business does not normally make the employee toilet facility available to the general public. . .I was denied to use the restroom after I asked if I could use the restroom before I ordered. Apparently the employees did not know the code to the restroom (I guess chipotle does not allow their employees to use the restroom freely either if this is the case, they must have to call to get a code to use the restroom or something). I had to order food (only way to generate a code according to them) while almost having an accident on their floor, I couldn't even name the ingredients of the burrito that's how bad it was. Someone will eventually have an accident if you continue this practice; have fun cleaning that up. Last time I support this location.

I have been going there for a while. Please train new worker well. I ate burrito in car, and the burrito fall a part after one bite and the sour cream and the burrito juice leaked out all over. Burrito was not fold right away. My clothing, seat belt, and seats are dirty because of the leak. Burrito won’t fall a part if they can fold right away. It was awful. I immediately called the chipotle, but no one answer and unable to leave any messages. Very inconvenient. This is my first review on Google, and I usually don’t do review like this, but they did not give me other choice. I will still go back, but if u keep folding burrito wrong way, I can not eat, and I will not support this business anymore. It was truly annoying experience.

One worker was very rude and was in a rush. I’m most sure if he’s there just for the money instead of liking the job, but he had an attitude for no reason. The guy is Caucasian and has stretched ears with face piercings.

These people, including the manager, were EXTREMELY RUDE! From the moment I walked into the store, they talked so rudely to me. Even after I waited for several minutes for extra fajitas (that they don’t charge you extra for) the manager literally only gave me a couple bell pepper slices even though I asked for an extra scoop. I have never had such a bad experience and such awful customer service! My daughter used to work for chipotle for 5 years so I know the rules and I know a good customer service is a key for any business. I will never go back to this location if it is the last chipotle on the planet!

Asian short female worker was rude. Cut me off while explaining my order. I live 1 mile north from the Midtown location, they gave me the unedible guacamole, so I started going out of my way to get chipotle on Broadway. Everything was going well until this event. I will make sure to go to another Chipotle now and make sure it's not the same owner as both the Midtown and the Broadway location. Food from Midtown is below par and service in Broadway at noon is below par. I'll spend my money elsewhere since I do not cook.

The problem is I HAVE to order in-person, or the mobile order will be a meal big enough for MAYBE 83 ants ?... I'm at least 460 ants ?It's a shame the executives are so money hungry, I no longer support any Chipotle. Why should I?? They can't even pay or treat their employees right.

I visited on 12/13/23. The manager Taylor absolutely saved my experience from being a negative one. My receipt says 8:31pm so I’d say this situation happened at least 3 minutes before. I’ll be sharing my experience in detail so this will be a lengthy review. I arrived and tried to order 2 bowls with white rice. I was told by the employee making my bowl that they were out of white rice for the rest of the evening. I was shocked to hear that because I didn’t think they were so close to closing. My phone was in the car so I asked what time it was. She immediately became aggressive and tried to rush me. I then asked the other workers if they had the time. Taylor(the manager) told me the time and I repeated what I was told “Are y’all really out of rice the rest of the evening and you don’t close until 10?” That’s when Taylor said it would be 20-27 mins for white rice. I said ohhhh ok I wasn’t told that. I turned back to the employee who tried to act like she didn’t just say that and I said “You switched up when I asked others for help. You did not say that more rice was cooking.” She immediately got upset, cut me off when I tried to speak, was very rude & dismissive, became combative and even tried to accuse me of arguing with her and being upset. I truly was not upset. I was direct, yes. The other employees and manager heard and saw everything. I’m confident if I was aggressive or rude, her manager would’ve came to her defense. I really didn’t appreciate being rushed and lied to about rice. I asked the employee if I could speak and she would not hardly let me. She ended up storming off and hiding in the back of the restaurant after being rude and argumentative toward me. Her manager came and helped me and apologized. I also apologized if she felt I was rude to her employee. She said if she felt I was wrong she would’ve came to her defense. She did not. Which told me I was not in the wrong. I understand it has been a long day but wow. That was a lot. The manager was gracious & comp’d my bowl and did fantastic making it right. My experience here is normally good. That’s why I only took 1 star off. Thank you to manager Taylor for handling this situation with grace. I was shocked to be spoken to and treated that way…I’ve been eating Chipotle over 15 years. Even after she stormed off, the manager immediately assisted me and treated me with kindness. I appreciate it. I will continue to patronize this business and not let one negative experience ruin me being a loyal customer. Great management skills, Taylor:)
