The burritos at Chipotle are by far one of my favorite foods to get when im eating out, the price is always higher than id like but most of the time the portion sizes can make up for that. if i was cursed to only be able to eat one food from a restaurant for the rest of my life a half steak half barbacoa burrito from Chipotle might not win but its definitely a contender

Bad service and not good portions. A half scoop of everything unless I asked for a whole scoop. Also, really bad service. Dude seemed mad. He spent my first 2 minutes cleaning the bar then went to the next person before finishing my kid’s order.Just drive to another spot if you want good service and value.

Chipotle is pretty good. People have hacks, but if you get a burrito bowl with everything, with half/half of meat, and 1 tortilla, its perfect to share with someone.One burrito bowl by itself is a lot of food for one person. I recommend the extra tortilla method. Thank me later. ?

Staff can’t wrap a burrito to save their life. Lady had ingredients falling out and making a mess. Had to use another tortilla to try again. Seems bowl is way to go for more food per dollar without the need of them messing up your order.

Why are yall giving a morsel of guacamole for the order. This isn't close to the picture that is advertised. Lead cashier was rude as ever. Forgot to put my chips in my order. If you're gonna be rude, at least have my food right and give me legit portions in my bowl. Gave me half a bowl of lettuce. Crazy! Dissatisfied doesn't even equate to the feeling I have.
Let me begin by saying I enjoyed my meal. So that's good. Is it me or are the portions getting smaller and the price is going up?!The atmosphere is long overdue for a makeover and new themes. With the economy getting all the blame for prices I would suggest ramping up the customer service to really make that experience one that makes a WOW impression. That may balance out the other concerns. Chipotle needs to do something, or else their demographic base is going to shift away to other options.

The protein portions are random based on the person serving you and usually small half scoops. The lady behind me complained and she was told it was the correct portion. They were out of pico over an hour and a half before closing. They also gave me a quarter scoop of guacamole. $2.65 for a quarter scoop is ridiculous. Bad location and I don’t recommend it.

Always so rude for no reason. Young male Cashier with curly hair threw my guacamole in the bag and it broke. Then he for got my drink and when I asked for it he slid it across the counter and it almost landed on the ground if I didn't catch it. Won't be back. It's the day before thanks giving.... Be nice to people man.....
