Staff don’t pay attention and get orders wrong, and they never have the specialty dips or sauces - annoying. It’s not that hard.

Every body here should really be fired except the nice lady and the nice hansome well mannored black man. You cant even correct me if you tried. I know for a fact im definitely not wrong Those are the only decent human beings that work there! Give them the highest praise highest raise and God bless those two workers.

Today I went in for lunch and I had to use the bathroom. The general manager was in and he told me he wasn't giving me the bathroom code because it was on the receipt. I told him I was going to order to dine in and he said I'm not giving you the code but I can unlock the door. That's fine I understand rules but how he said it was rude and dismissive like he didn't want to be bother. 10 minutes after that a homeless woman came in someone gave her code to bathroom with no problem and after she got out she was putting her hand all in the ice machine. If you guys are going to have a rule it should apply to everyone. The other staff were nice and the store manager was too but that general manager needs Customer Service training.

Some kind of strangeness: I see ready, fresh meat, but they don’t sell it. They sell what was prepared earlier, not what I see. Plus, they don’t give a whole piece, but mix it with old, dry meat.

I spent $27 for a bowl! Outrageous. The guacamole is $4 extra. The beef is $5 extra. I paid for it and the portion I got was 1/3 of the serving spoon. I could’ve bought a whole chicken with $5. The workers were rude like they did not want to serve me. Later, when I looked at my receipt, I realized they charged me extra for something that was already included in my order. The place was had paper towels on the floor (somebody was sweeping tho).
This will be my last time buying food from chipotle. Disappointed.

New policy of not providing parking validation for food delivery drivers is crazy. Between finding a parking spot, going up 1 to 2 flights of stairs, walking to the store, and then back to hopefully not be blocked on a line out the complex. Absolutely disgusting move.

Girl with green hair is rude. Never have a good experience at this store. Food is not good here and not worth the rude service. Poorly ran store.

this is the worst chipotle location ever. I often go since it’s right next to the gym, but every single time my experience is simply terrible. the employees are CONSISTENTLY rude, it’s always too dirty to eat at any of the tables, the portion sizes are INCREDIBLY small, and they’re always out of so many things very early on in the evening. i don’t typically write review, but I’ve had enough. corporate needs to come make changes here or something.

As far as Chipotle goes, this one is the worst I've experienced. I work in the area and frequent this chipotle, it always disappoints. Today was the deal breaker, an employee sneezed while in the kitchen/service area and no one blinked an eye, he didn't try to exit the service area, wash hands, etc. He then proceeds to blow his nose ... right there ... center of service area ... gross. A few other issues I have, the staff take their breaks in the dining area and literally lay down across bences. They are consistently out of ingredients and they RUSH you even when there is no line. It's just bad, all around.

You have to give them credit they’re running the busiest chipotle in Sacramento no doubt. They’re doing their best. Only thing I say they should work on in cleaning more and also bigger portions for delivery and online.

Came in for dinner around 6:30 on a Monday. Will not come back to this location. The portion size is the worst I’ve seen. Would recommend trying another restaurant in the area. I mentioned that the portion size was really poor to the staff and all they offered to do was to add lettuce. I don’t know if they’re experiencing pressure to decrease portion sizes by management, but this is ridiculous, especially considering the price.
