No direct store phone number available . I had an extreme traffic issue and was unable to speak to them directly. There was plenty of time to call and ask if the pickup time could be delayed, they likely had not filled my order yet, I still had over 30 min. The only phone number provided was a non-helpful corporate customer service automated line that was Ai driven. Hard to navigate while driving, I was going in circles, waisting time, pushing me closer to the original pickup time. Even that was very difficult to get a live person and then they were unable to provide a store phone number. All this to simple delay my pickup time. They had to cancel my completed order, food wasted.

A great place for a diabetic friendly, healthy lunch. Got a bowl with brown rice, chicken, lettuce, etc. Was very good and filling. Staff was very nice.

This is the best Chipotle in Arden Arcade and one of the best in the Sacramento area. The restaurant is always sparkling clean, the staff is super friendly, and their portions are on point. Food is always super fresh and the drovethrough for pre-orders is a plus if you are short on time for your lunch. Two thumbs way up.

I tried to order KETO BOWL 😂 that means NO RICE, NO BEANS, literally less ingredients. They still tried to give me a 1/3rd scoop of tiny ass chicken in my already tiny ass bowl. Greedy tiny portions, rude customer service. AND MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR RECEIPT FOR REWARDS OR THE CASHIER WILL LIE TO YOU AND KEEP THE RECEIPT SO HE CAN SCAN THE REWARDS FOR HIMSELF. I liked Chipotle the food was good. when I saw the price for chicken bowl $10.80 I thought it was a good price, but I didn't know you would pay for extras that I supposed those included already in the original price, but Not, so I don't like that I paid $1.75 for a tablespoon of cheese and $2.95 for a tablespoon of guacamole (each) and $3.20 for small soda (normally it is around 2 dollars) really?. So I love food and I don't complain normally but I didn't know I have to pay for all extras. Especially when you paid for 6 members of your family. So the place is nice, clean, and fast. Please it can be good to be aware of the extra charges in the time the staff offered you, If this is the first time to come to eat here be aware of the extras to pay. ☺️👍 Thank you anyway.

This location definitely needs to be closed or corporate needs to come evaluate cleanliness and service. Many Chipotles have taken more actions to satisfy customer complaints. Horrible experience here. talking with another person I was informed she & her employees got sick from this location. She questioned temperatures of chicken products. Please do something because in the economy people needs jobs but this place is awful!

Please train your employees to smile and great customer more and better. Portion size are tiny and when asked for more employees made as if I shouldnt of . And i had a warm tortilla the same employee looked at me and ask “and you having another entree” just very rude and wouldnt return . Its a new location so expected a little more and very disappointing!!
