Almost never prepared before or during lunch. Always missing something or so called out of something. Area manager needs to do their job and get more involved with their operations and team. Other chipotles I’ve visited do well. It seems to be just this one that has issues.

Asked for three soft tacos. I can tell just by the way the lady was putting together my tacos it was going to be a mess and i asked for a bowl at the end. And sure enough when i opened the foil,it looked like this. Shorter African American girl helped me with my order.

My favorite Chipotle in the area. Workers are always so lovely and don’t skimp out on portions. always very clean inside. Meat is always fresh too. Shout out to AJ and this other nice worker who charged me (didn’t catch your name). Thank you for keeping Chipotle good ?

Clean interior and plenty of parking, however the portion sizes are very small compared to other locations. My bowl was only half full and I got a “mini” burrito. When asked to put more the worker added a single piece of steak. This location IS NOT A DRIVE THRU for walk-in orders!

Don’t do mobile orders and waste your points for anything extra at this location. If you pay for double meat or use rewards for double meat on the app, clearly you won’t receive what you paid for. And for a chipotle with a pickup drive through, you guys need a better system to be notified when there’s a car waiting. And when finally someone notices you, they act like you’re an inconvenience. They’ll just give you a look without saying a single word and make you hang out your car to grab the bag cause their petty attitude don’t want to hand it to you correctly. The whole point of the drive thru was to make the interaction be only 30 seconds or less. If customers are so bothersome, why prolong it.

Open up your drive thru to all orders instead of online only. Food taste fine, the ambience is nice, new location, employees are not ratchet so that works in everyone's favor. They seem to get lost in difficult orders at times. But now there are more seasoned employees getting the lines down fast. Shout out to the tall black girl with pink earring gauges. Nice energy and attitude. Just coo as fuc.
