Been going here few times a week and today I drove up to the pick up lane and been sitting in the car for the whole 15 minutes!!!!!!! Employees were walking by and not one acknowledged that there’s a customer waiting to pick the food up! They pretended like they didn’t see me. Had to knock on the window and not even an apology! Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Why would you have a pick up lane and not being responsive!?!?!?👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I don’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I’ve been here several times — the staff really tries, and the food is no worse than at other Chipotle locations. Maybe we just got lucky, we’ll see.

Slowest service I’ve ever received at a chipotle everyone was on break when I decided to come inside today and they even helped a previous customer with juice instead of taking my order and left me waiting even longer instead of that person standing in line again. Then the lady that finally got off break continues to not be great in customer service while not smiling the whole time and looking like she had an attitude. Will not recommend this chipotle.

Food is usually good however there’s a young lady who works at night she always has a bad attitude. Rude to me and other customers and also complaining and gossiping to other employees. Unprofessional. Seems like she hates her job. Also she serves below normal portion sizes. If she’s there I won’t return

This is a new location for me and honestly they were the worse chipotle I’ve ever been too great customer service but food was bad and service was so slow not face paced at all the meat wasn’t the same nor was the cheese and red salsa !

We’re huge Chipotle fans and couldn’t be more excited that a brand-new location just opened down the street from our dealership, A1 Auto Wholesale. We’ve already been here over 15 times — and they just opened!
The food is always fresh and delicious. You can taste the difference, especially when the place is this new and the team is clearly taking pride in everything they do.
Last Thursday night, me and my uncle stopped by right before closing after our kids’ soccer practice. We felt bad for coming in so late, but Mayra, the manager, welcomed us in with a big smile and told us not to rush. She was incredibly friendly, genuine, and down-to-earth. We ended up having a great conversation with her — lots of laughs, great vibes, and she even hooked us up with a bunch of BOGO coupons! Total legend.
This Chipotle has officially become our go-to lunch spot. Being just two minutes away from work, you’ll be seeing our dealership crew here on the regular. Huge shoutout to Mayra and her awesome team — they’re setting the bar high.
If you’re in the area, don’t miss this spot. And Mayra… if you’re reading this… we wouldn’t say no to a few more of those coupons 😄

Clean new chipotle but there is no ceiling just plywood. Layout is odd for new building. And the straws are terrible. They don’t last more than 5 mins because they are paper. Get rid of the paper straws!!
