This is our go to neighborhood Chipotle. It's always good. Lately there have been some new employees so it's not as efficient during busy rushes. Not a problem though. I will continue getting food here.

I enjoy coming to this Chipotle because they have great fast service. They’re also really good about having all their food nice, hot, and fresh. They are not skimpy with the portions like some places either. The evenings has the best staff I feel too.

I had to wait 30 minutes for “fresh steak” by the time they made my bowl they started making my, the server literally walked over online order for section and served the old steak which was prepared a long time ago. Such a waste of my time waiting for this “fresh steak.” This was a very frustrating experience.

I ordered team group order 24 hours in advance for 17 (players/coaches) meals for bus ride to away game to be picked up. The order pick up time was 1-130pm. A parent arrived to pick up the food and we learned Chipotle cancelled the order 9 MINUTES BEFORE PICK UP TIME!! This means there was no time to go get the team food for the bus ride. I had to take the rest of the day off work, send screen shots of all 17 orders so the parent could order the same orders at the counter at Chipotle (too late to find other food and figure out girls food allergies and what they want etc.) then get the food from that parent and drive it myself to the out of town game where the team was playing so the girls could scarf down cold food at the gym right before they played.
Chipotle did not comp any of the food nor offer a discount or anything to apologize or make up for cancelling a huge order that was placed the day before so they had plenty of time if they didn’t want to accept the order to cancel in advance. I previously did group order and even though every player pays for own order and their name is in the order, this same chipotle store didn’t put the names on the orders so the players and coaches had to read the ingredients on each order to try to figure out which burrito or burrito bowl was theirs.
Horrible experience that caused her crisis in the middle of my day made me take time off work and didn’t even get an apology let alone any kind of compensation. They lost my business and they lost our teams business. We will find somewhere else to do our regular and ongoing team meals.

I ordered chips w/queso and a barbacoa Burris but I asked the girl to put the rice on the side. She looked so confused. I get home and see she charged .50 for the tortilla because she rang it up as a bowl. Wouldn’t the tortilla have been included? I doubly I’ll go back if they can’t figure something that simple out. Pretty disappointed

With any place that lets you build your own meals, the quality of the food lies in the ingredients. The quality of the ingredients is very good. Never had a bad meal here

Ordered takeout for 6 people on the app. They skimped on every single person's order. Smallest burritos I've ever seen, and the salad bowl (pictured) was only half full. Who puts that in a bowl and thinks that's good enough to serve someone who paid $11 for it? I'll never go back to this location. If they're trying to save money by shorting portion sizes it's going to backfire. They're losing our money for sure.
