Ordered takeout for 6 people on the app. They skimped on every single person's order. Smallest burritos I've ever seen, and the salad bowl (pictured) was only half full. Who puts that in a bowl and thinks that's good enough to serve someone who paid $11 for it? I'll never go back to this location. If they're trying to save money by shorting portion sizes it's going to backfire. They're losing our money for sure.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE WHEN YOU DO PICK UP! I paid for double honey chicken and light rice, got home and it was all rice and barely a normal serving of chicken. I also didn't get my free guacamole from signing up for their app which was added to my cart at checkout. I'm really glad I did pay for delivery for this nonsense.

Waited 10 min for a online order
Forgot guac
Forgot the double steak I paid for , only got a piss poor chicken portion and the girl at register had a poor attitude.
The line that I was trying to avoid by ordering online was gone by the time I got my food .
And my online order I made for delivery earlier in the week was made completely wrong .

Yall just need to be a receptionist bc making a burrito is too much work .

The customer service of their afternoon crew today was lacking. One crew member put lettuce in my burrito bowl that I did not ask for and the manager/crew lead wanted to pop an attitude when I asked for new taco shells because the ones they gave me were broken. Stop feeling entitled to give subpar customer service when you’re NOT paying for my food. Maybe if your crew actually learned how to communicate with one another you wouldn’t feel a need to rush your customers down the line and you don’t need SIX people on the line for two customers, your store did not have a rush hour at that moment.

Its sometimes like they forget we have to eat the burrito. By the time you open the foil it's dripping everywhere and falling a part. Not all employees create these messes btw. Just they ones that seem to make them lately.
