They gave me a burnt chicken burrito last night Nov 19 2025. I got another burnt burrito from Dos Coyotes East Sacramento down the street a while back so must be a trend . Someone said I should have complained but I didn't. I felt they made the burrito too big also. I no longer have a big appetite. I saw a nice looking quesidilla for a younger female. Lines can be long especially after 6pm. 12/22/25 The corn was spicy last time. Today the steak was spicy. Can you guys please post spicy warning on the food. Why is everything like hot sauce jalepeno spicy over their. I dont like it. It too strong.

There was almost no meat in my bowl. There was so much rice that there was no flavor. And they put so much sour cream on it it was disgusting. Total waste of my time and money. At least it didn't make me sick.

I'm usually pleased with this location but I see now I should not order online most likely, the portion sizes are crazy small. How do they get trained? It can't be the same in every location because I'm pretty sure these are the smallest portion sizes I've received at any of the location I've gone to, just disappointing 😞.

Witnessed a woman absolutely berate these employees over a soft taco with extra toppings. She was complaining about prices and yelling and cussing at them, they handled it with dignity and respect and deserve a raise! Totally kept their cool and kept the service going. Great job!

Every time I've gone into this location they have a brand new employee running the entire counter by themselves and it takes literally 20 to 30 minutes with only a few people in line ahead of me to get out the door. I literally just feel bad for the person who has to make all these orders with no help while their co-workers stand around and try to look busy doing anything but serving the people that are actually there to eat food.
DO NOT COME HERE! I just was eating my burrito and a dangerous FOREIGN OBJECT was in my food. An 8 inch piece of cotton string was in my food. Very vile and disgusting how the employees here are so incompetent they prepare food with their packaging materials..I tried to call the store and no one answered. Whoever prepared the food should be FIRED, cameras should be replayed to show who the person is who prepared the food with a foreign object then went on to serve it to patrons. I am filing a complaint to the FDA and health department.

I've gone twice now and been thoroughly disappointed. The first time was a chicken bowl, chips and salsa and a drink. They had no ice so the soda was completely warm not even room temperature. The 2nd time, they had no chicken so I settled for the new type meat which the worker described as seasoned chicken so I agreed. Got to the register and was charged for steak. They corrected it down to chicken. When I ate it at home, the meat was steak but the old chewy pieces of steak. Threw the bowl in the garbage. Will never visit here again

I'm just leaving a 5 stars for the exceptional service, calm and composure the manager had during his interaction with the lady who tried to play the system. I saw the video online and if there's one things I will do is praise that man for being a composed manager and give him 5 stars because his store deserves ALL THE BUSINESS ❤️❤️❤️ KEEP SHINING . And to the other girl worker in the video, YASSSSSSS BEEEECH!!!! JUST don't throw hands and lose your calm they gonna say we aggressive. But I feel you though I was two toppings away from jumping into my phone and fighting that customer .
