The cashier charged me extra and she didn't give me the receipt I bought 1 burrito and 1 bowl and 1 queso i also ordered a drink and redeemed a reward of chips and guac. My total was 38 and she didn't give me the drink so i had to pay for it again. I think she charged me double the reward. I didn't complain because i was with my partner and he was very hungry but we are definitely not going back to this location.

I had a really good experience at Chipotle. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared just the way I wanted. The ingredients tasted clean and the portions were generous. The people were moving so fast. I couldn't even get my thoughts together on what I want for my food. Then, when we get to the register, the payment part, the guy tells me what the total is, and I pay. And I'm like, wait, are there chips? They did not ask if I wanted chips. (The chips were stale.) It was just like, let's hurry up and go. And there were so many homeless people hanging out outside, and when I walked my car, somebody had freshly thrown up right there next to my car by the sidewalk.

This was my first visit here and the miss that was preparing my food was very rude.this was just now Sunday Nov 2nd at 2:15pm She wouldnt give her name so the only way I know how to describe (the African American woman with a bad additude taking orders)also I had to keep waving a fly away from my food as I was paying and she told me to get my hand back on the other side of the glass.oh real classy. I wont be going there again

Discriminate against female customers! ☹️Double standards! The guy only gave me 1 scoop of rice and 1 scoop of beans! I literally saw him give the man in front 3 scoops of beans and 2-3 scoops of rice! I had to ask him if he can give me a bit more. This is why I hate going to chipotle!!! Disgusting behaviors! 😡

This is by far the worst chipotle store in Sacramento. The food feels old and the customer service is terrible especially that black girl that was helping me. They put drops of meat also.
Severe food safety issue at this location: At 9:20 pm, the female Mexican server(around 20 years old) dripped the dirty liquid of box container into my plate. The sour cream is totally gone, instead of getting a box of new sour cream which take 3 seconds, she takes out the entire sour cream container and tried to drip it. The dirty liquid outside of the container box all dripped into my food. She kept doing it, and I have to tell her to put the container down because the dirty liquid dripped into my food. Oh my gosh.. unbelievable. If I eat that bowel, I will get food poisoning.

Paid $12 for a burrito the sams size as a taco bell bean burrito. The first girl who helped us was very nice but then another girl pushed her out of the way and took over. She barely filled the burrito and was snappy and rude.
