My coworker went into location today to get us lunch and when she came back with my bowl it had 10 pieces of chicken, When I went back to get it replace. They wanted to charge me because I told the gentleman that he scooped was not enough as I went to tell the young lady. There was a manager there by the name of Kennedy. Or maybe she wasn't a manager, but she made sure that she had comments to say to me. That was very negative. I've been to the location. Many times and haven't had this service but this young lady here was very rude and very disrespectful. I would not advise anybody to go on. When miss kennedy rose is there, she is one to have something to say ,and she does not have a problem with letting you know she can talk to however she wants to.

I went here last night at about 8:45pm, and they had told me they were out of guacamole and out of fajita veggies completely - that is really not cool, considering almost everyone I’ve ever met gets both if not at least one of those ingredients, on what they order from Chipotle. And some of the staff was very rude too, I’m not sure why they have an attitude but this is now the third issue, maybe even fourth issue that I’ve had at this location, I’m not coming back.

Slow workers. Was literary standing in line for a good solid 20 minutes and we barely moved spots. Not to mention they rationing on the service portions. They fo sure know how to keep a woman hangry.

Rude Customer ServiceVery loud atmosphere makes communication difficult. 3 attempts to ask that giant cheese clump be taken off (excessive cheese was already on) met with blank stare. I tried to point to it, which was misunderstood as an attempt to breach the clear divider meant to protect the food, which is understandable (by all means, protect the food) except management made an aggressive gesture for me to step back... Which kind of made communication even harder. I had to then raise my voice to a yell to be heard, which management reply was to roll their eyes and say "just remove some of the cheese". Definitely a negative experience for my lunch break

Chipotle pretty good if you need something quick, fresh, and somewhat healthy. There portions have gone down over the years but it's still enough to get the job done. Quality has been ok as of late but I was surprisingly better my last couple of visits. If you're gonna treat yourself, get some chips and queso too.

This is the worse Chipotle in the Sacramento area. I went today and they didn’t have any forks or spoons! I went yesterday and they were out of chips. I ordered the Barbacoa and it was so salty. Management needs to do a better job making sure things are stocked.
