Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hands down the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The rice was overcooked and the beans were mashed. Last I checked Chipotle doesn't serve mashed beans. Terrible quality 🥲

As someone who worked at a larger chipotle location, this store is just not good. The food is pretty inconsistent, cold, too salty, and the burritos are rolled pretty sloppy. The manager is also unapologetically rude to staff and customers. Had a hair in my food and he argued that it wasn’t a hair and said he couldn’t do anything for me.

Food is good but the employees are yelling and joking with each other and talking while ignoring customers. Not a welcoming environment. Felt like I was a nuisance to their conversation instead of being served as a customer

Hello! It would be wonderful if somebody can reach out to me so I can speak about the order we picked up today and it's quality. Order number 484-3AE. We order 1 to 2 days a week from this location 3 meals. Our order is the same but there is definitely something wrong with the portion sizes and something very wrong with the queso. I tried calling the store but nobody answered. Thank you

Amazing food and everything, but I came at 9PM yesterday, a full hour before closing, but employee told me the burrito heater is broken so can't use it. I'm not dumb, it's NOT broken, clearly you just don't want to make anything because it's late. So I got a bowl instead, but they then say Chicken is completely out, even though there's still a full hour left. How are they completely out of the most popular ingredient a full hour before closing? So I just left.

I'd understand this more if it was like 10 minutes before closing, but I was there a full hour before closing. But that's not my main complaint, the main issue is just straight up lying to my face over something super obvious with the tortilla heater being broken. They think people are dumb. I didn't make a scene, I just left, because it's not worth arguing over burrito heater not actually being broken.

I would've at least respected them more if they just tell the truth and say they are closing down early an hour before closing. Whatever, 1 star just for the obvious lies, disrespect, and thinking people are dumb enough to believe their obvious lie. Just be careful coming here an hour before closing. Don't want future people to waste their gas if they want to come here a little late. Even though I saw another reviewer here saying they were out of a lot of food even 2 hours before closing, smh. That's very believable after what I experienced.

I usually don’t post any complaints. But I couldn’t believe how poor the food has gotten at this location.
The chips were stale. The chicken was too salty. The guac had unripened avocados eww..
There was only one young guy working. The other guy was in the back chilling Apparently.. And there was a long line yikes

Stale ass chips every time???
Very nice employees tho I will say.

went in today around 1-1:30, my bowl was perfectly made and staff was incredibly polite as well as welcoming! they definitely deserve more recognition ?

Lazy Staff!!! They didn’t want to restock ingredients. Went in 2 hours before they had to close and they told me they were out of half the ingredients that are usually provided .

-no salad for the salad bowl
-no guacamole
-no vinaigrette
-no lemonade
-no mild salas
-no chips

Honestly why even work if you can’t do your job right…

Best chipotle in sac by far. A bit on the colder side inside. Food always slaps every time I go.

Dietary restrictions: Good for people who have milk allergies. Don't put any cheese in your burrito and you're set.

Parking: Parking spots are designed for tiny cars.

The guy who is acting like own the restaurant and he is on charge of the restaurant very rude never talking to him he interrupts the rest of staff is so nice and friendly

I'm actually really disappointed with Chipotle. Your employees look like they hate their jobs. The cashier isn't friendly. No one smiles and is very stingy on food portions. The poor girl could not wrap a burrito to save her life. Even double wrapped it fell apart. And when did Chipotle start charging for double wrapped burritos?! The one in natomas doesn't do this. I was shocked when I saw they charged me for a side tortilla. Maybe if your tortillas didn't fall apart, people wouldn't have to double wrap their burritos. This, like many other places, overcharge for poor quality food and terrible customer service.

Parking: The spaces here are so tiny, and it's hard to find a parking spot.

First off I would like to start off by saying I’m Celiac, I walked in around thirty minutes after they opened (around 11:30) the employee was super knowledgeable and reassured me as long as I didn’t get the burrito it would be guaranteed gluten free. I enjoy the chicken option because I feel like I already eat a lot of beef in my diet. You can also have the chips. I just get the salad bowl with protein, lettuce, pico and then corn pico. 10/10 recommend if you are celiac/gf/ or trying to eat healthier. Cheaper than subway.
