Chipotle Mexican Grill

Clean restaurant. The staff was cheerful and kind. Food portions were adequate. They indeed listened to what we had to say about ingredients. Parking (on the Google map) showed in the back side of the restaurant. The restroom was clean. And this restaurant is not asking for cheap tip! I would visit again!

Chipolte delivers: fast, customizable bowls and burritos with generally fresh ingredients. Big portions, but prices are creeping up. Quality can vary, so it's not always perfect. Solid for a quick, filling meal, but don't expect gourmet

Last night I went here my order was only $12 handed the cashier a $100 bill he handed me back my change fast didn’t even count it back out to me I found out later he short changed me $20 really GHETTO and unprofessional. EXTREMELY annoyed to be paying $32 for a $12 meal don’t go here they will try to short change you

Walked straight in the black lady worker attitude was off she also did not serve the correct proportion of meat for my child's meal she says with attitude kids get 2oz of meat it was less in fact enough for only one taco I had no problem paying for extra but wanted what I was paying for as well
She servers my last dripping of salsa and cheese she responded rudely there's more but didn't get any for me
Overall the atmosphere was a ZERO the service ZERO I left and will not return food cost to much to be served with attitude

Did an online order, bro they literally gave me 7 tiny pieces of chicken. It’s like they gave me the scraps from whatever they had left for the chicken. It’s straight sour cream, cheese, lettuce and rice. This is all the meat I could find out of my bowl and if you need a video of me digging for the meat let me know. I took one bite and was wondering what it tasted like just sauce and rice.

Depending on the time of day and how many people decide to sit and eat, the service and atmosphere of this can go up or down a whole 1/5.

The small building this Chipotle uses means that if more than two groups of people/families decide to sit and eat, the place is now crowded and loud.

Other than that, the food quality is still well above average and if you treat the staff with respect, they'll return it in kind.

A few things, first let’s start with workers not wearing gloves while serving food. In addition to that. The cleanliness of the kitchen was disgusting and the food on display was all over the place. White rice mixed with the brown rice, lettuce in the sour cream, and the chicken all over the counter. Not to mention terrible customer service, when I got my serving of protein it was less than 4oz which is standard and less than a spoon full, to be exact it was 6 pieces literally of chick I could count it I was practically served a bowl of rice. When I asked for more the worker proceeded to “upsell me” that’ll be double and proceeded to give even less/the same amount. This is the worst Chipotle in Sacramento
