The lobby was disgusting. There was no clean tables. There was garbage on the floor under the table just the first chipotle go to that is like that. They had enough staff to keep it clean

Always clean, always fresh, friendly staff. I prefer this location. However, the last 2 times I've come here the veggies are very salty. What has changed? Hmm... Chicken burrito is always a win win.

If you order to go they will give you scraps of meat and everything else. For the bowl & burrito we ordered there were a few pieces of meat and practically no rice or guac. Also for my quesadilla order they forgot rice so when I drove all the way back and told them the situation they just grabbed my order and tossed it without saying anything then remade it. Super rude considering I was nice about it. Just zontttt zooo ittttt

I use the mobile app to get points but this is a solid location for Chipotle. When I first moved to Sacramento I thought all the Chipotle restaurants here were horrible, but I gave the Delta Shores location a chance and it's been good. Not stingy with meats or veg, consistent, and reliable. 75% of the mobile orders have gone off without a hitch. I recently got a digital only special, chicken and cheese quesadillas with fajita vegetables. It was delicious and I got two meals out of it, along with some free guacamole from points. Very busy location, they know what they're doing.

Did a pick up order and promised in 10 minutes but it was ready faster. It was towards the end of the night though so that may be why but i'm not complaining. I picked up my bowl and it was HEAVY i was confused. Got home and my bowl was filled. Whoever worked tonight 01/08 bless your heart. This is why i continuously come to chipotle
My wife got a steak burrito from here Every damn bite was rice and corn No lie there was 2 small pieces of steak up top And two on bottom WTH happened to chipotle? And for $15?! I can go to any actual Mexican restaurant and pay $7-11 and it's like a pound of meat Ridiculous

I'm impressed with the taste of the food here and the portion sizes verses other locations near by. They're almost as good as the Lodi locations so there is a little wiggle room for improvement but only in the quality department. I believe Lodi gets many of their ingredients from local organic farmers so this might be tough for this location. Service here is quick and very friendly. Keep it up guys!! Thank you!!

Tried to order online through the Chipotle App to redeem the Halloween $6 entree, but the app was not working. That's fine, it's a high demand day and online services will have issues. The app specifically mentions that online payment system is not working and to instead go in the store and tell the staff.Went in-person to a giant line, as expected, since online orders are not working. After finally getting to the front of the line and a long wait, was told by what seems like was the manager that the deal is online only. Several customers tried to explain to the manager the situation with the app, but she was not willing to hear anything from anyone or willing to have any discussions whatsoever. Needless to say, everyone in line was upset since they had traveled to the store to get dinner.

I've came here since they have opened the store and I've been disappointed serval times but it's the closest one to my house anyways regarding my recent order I placed it on the app which was convenient for me because I couldn't go in I received my order and as soon as I take the lid off I see cheese I've never ordered cheese for my online orders I don't even like it so it obviously ruined my mood I call they have an automated system doesn't help I did the online pepper thing it DIDNT help I placed a "claim" or whatever it's called and I couldn't even let them know what was going on because they didn't give me the option to do so I continue to take as much cheese off and I bite into the end of and avocado (idk what it's called but the little hard ball) anyways that made me even more upset!!! And all I got threw the pepper app resolution was a free drink are you serious?!?!?!
