Chocolate Bash

When they first started making the Dubai chocolate they had a $5 bar that was a good deal and a larger bar for $10. The other day I went back and now they only offer a small bar for $10 with mostly chocolate and not enough filling. No more $5 option. That is too bad

The customer service was awful. First, the lady at the front was not really friendly. I went to try the Dubai chocolate and this company price gouges. They give you very tiny amount for $10 when they use to give a larger block of chocolate. See the previous reviews from other customers as well. They take advantage of customers and are exploiting the trend. They don’t even have available bathrooms or better yet the rude lady was lying to me claiming the bathrooms were out of service. Well, how do you use the rest room, ma’am? Do you hold it for your entire 8 hour shift? They are unprofessional and are exploiting customers by their outrageous prices for tiny quantities of the Dubai pistachio chocolate. I would avoid this place if I were you. I’ll never come back here again.

Very nice people. The shop was quiet, not too many people. Went there with my family after dinner. Got got chocolate covered strawberries, Son and his dad got a milkshake, and I got the viral dubai chocolate bar. I bought 2 because I wanted to try it. I was disappointed in the chocolate. I think it would have been better if the ratio of the chocolate to the filling was different. More filling and thinner amount of chocolate and 1 bar was 10 bucks. The shakes were super runny, not thick and rich, like you expected a shake to be, like it had more milk to in it than ice cream. 2 shakes came to 22, and some change I think. Kinda pricey for the quality of the product. Anyways, go by and check them out for yourself. Very nice people.

This ice cream cup is really good with European cookies and condensed milk on it but little bit too much like crumbled cookies. At all, not bad! 9.5 out of 10!!

This place is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend a milkshake, specifically the Cookie Butter milkshake or the twix.

I used to enjoy buying kanafe chocolate here regularly, but recently I noticed a significant change. Just a few days ago, I ordered my usual amount for $10, only to receive less than half of what I typically got. When I inquired about the reason, I was told it was because the product 'went viral.' I hope you can understand my frustration.

I come here to buy the knafeh bars every once in a while, normally the small one would have been $5 but when I got there yesterday after waiting days for the restock I was charged $21 for two tiny bars, honestly didn’t even want to eat it anymore, it’s very disappointing

My friend recommended this place to me. On September 7th around 3pm I went with my family to buy some desserts for a party we're having today, but the service was really bad. As soon as we walked in they kicked us out because they told us that all the staff was on break. Why did they have the door open if they couldn't serve us? It was a really bad experience going there.

I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and they were so tiny. Not worth the money paid.

Crazy how in one month we can see the effect of inflation. The chocolate they market online looks nothing like the size. A month ago I got their large Knafeh chocolate bar and was so happy as the size was worth it and flavor was great. Today I asked for the same thing, large chocolate bar and was handed this…SO DISAPPOINTED!! I even asked if this was the large before paying and they confirmed. They even tried to charge me for a brownie dessert when I was only getting this. Wow just wow. Going elsewhere now and sharing so no one has to go through this. Seems like they care more about money than customer retention, so disappointing!

Everyone who works here are very friendly and welcoming. Their milkshakes are out of the world, I will drive 25 min to come get their Snickers Milkshake. Its sooooo good. They have lots of great sweet options, perfect place for a fun date night. I will definitely be back with friends.

This establishment literally made me loose my mind. I went with a couple of friends and I swear I came out a different person. The desserts were life changing….
