I basically grew up in Chuck E. Cheese and I haven’t been there in so long and so, I decided to go in today and it was one of my greatest days ever. First of first, it brought a lot of memories and nostalgia back to me to when I was a kid and a bonus is that; I went with my childhood friends where we used to all go together so it was very memorable. Although, this Chuck E. Cheese location isn’t the same as what it used to be back like in 2014 - 2015 it was nice to relive my childhood again; and on the bright side, I also got a picture with Chuck himself and it was fun and joyful saying hi to him… And also, I wanna give the employee Julie, a big shoutout, she was very nice and very patient with our decision while tryna pick with toy to take home from our earning we got. Anyways; I hope to come again soon maybe in the future or maybe next year when I turn 20 lol 😂

Despite getting hand stamps for myself, daughter, and grandson, we walked right out past workers who paid no attention. That is disturbing. Otherwise the place was very clean and my grandson loved it.

The management is Great. Kurk was kind and willing to help his employees and guest. They are very helpful and really want you to have a good experience at chucky cheese. Will be returning !

The games are good but some of them were not working.
Few staff are always there when we always go.
The pizza is good.

This chuck E cheese needs Workers. Sitting here waiting for over 40 min just for someone to fill up the salad bar is a shame. I do not recommend this place no one should have to ask a worker 5 or 6 times to fill up your crap.

I love this place for the kiddos. I'm a realtor and when we have a client that has children, we take them here. The food has definitely improved.It used to be very bad. It has definitely improved

I purchased a 3-month pass for $100 about two weeks ago, but during my visit yesterday, I was denied entry. The manager, Niki, and her assistant little short lady asked me to scan the Chuck E. Cheese app, but due to a technical issue, it didn’t work. I provided the receipt and two other valid forms of ID showing my name and address, but they still refused to let me in because I didn’t have my photo ID. I had my two young children with me, and we were turned away despite my already having paid for access. I am extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled and request immediate clarification and access without being asked to pay again.
The manager and her assistant were very disrespectful and unprofessional and were escalating the situation. They definitely need some discipline.

Let me tell you the most horrible customer service experience that I received courtesy of employee named Amanda with curly black hair glasses. Not only did she not honor my coupon that I had not allow me to use the discounts that I am entitled to from purchasing the fun pass but then she insulted me by saying she doesn't see how people try to use discounts all the time while encouraging me to leave. I did cancel my food order as that service was unacceptable. But since I am in a one-year contract for the fun pass, I did have rude. Amanda fill my fun pass points for the day. Due to Amanda's horrible customer service, my fun pass has been nicknamed for the day as a sad pass. Shame on you, Amanda.

Food is good, nice people that work there and doing their job, but be cautious ⚠️ about buying their merchandise they will not give you a refund the next day after purchasing merchandise with or without receipt. Also, they don't accept refunds without receipt which made me pretty sad. Other than this issue, the people were nice can't complain about that part.
