it's hard to utilize Church's Chicken, if you can't get in the lobby. Some people don't drive. At least KFC and Popeyes let you sit down and eat.

Came here to use the coupons I received in the mail yesterday and was told this location couldn't honor the price even though the restaurant address is on the coupons. Should've went to KFC like I started to in the first place 😑

Went to get the new $6 real big deal and was told I can only order online and not thru drive thru. Nowhere on the coupon dies it says that . Also the meal is priced higher on the app and does not include any sides .

I ask for 2 things mash potatoes and extra gravy . I got gravy but no mash potatoes I was charged for it and when I got home it was not in my bag . And I had to come all the way back I am pissed off 😡

This place used to be good and used to be one of my favorite spots, I don't know what happened, but now it is terrible. The workers just don't care anymore. They are always out of chicken, which makes no sense. Workers were lazy and sloppy. One time, I caught one of the workers eating a piece of chicken right in front of myself and other customers, like who does that bruh. The workers don't try to act professionally, they talk ratchet and no mannerisms, this place really fell off. They need a new management.

Ordered Okra, honey biscuit, French fries, sweet tea, 2 pc dark meat chicken. About 2 hours before closing time. Somebody’s mama must’ve been whippin up some magic because her voice was so comforting, and the food was bomb!! She even made sure that I tasted my drink before I left to make sure it wasn’t watery. I’ve never had that suggested to me at any other restaurant. Give her a raise because the drink was so good! I don’t drink any alcohol so I’m not drunk while writing this review. I know fast food can be iffy, but there’s a reason why this Church’s Chicken is my favorite.
P.S. My husband doesn’t mess with Church’s at all, and even HE wasn’t complaining. Bet tonight changed his mind. He got the spicy 2 piece combo with mash. Didn’t disappoint. Put him to sleep happy after sports. Something delicious to end a long day.
The churches workers are something else ,customer service doesn't exist at this location, workers are very rude ,I can't believe they have women working with attitudes and don't want to be there,it's evident, will never be returning to this location ever!!!
