Tried to use my rewards but after I pulled the barcode up they tell me their system isn't working. The lobby is closed there's plastic all over the windows. I don't know what happened there but they should have stayed closed

Was assisted by a Robert P whose attitude was horrible. He refused to allow my car of 2 people to order two $6 real deals stating only 1 meal deal per car . Which is not on the promotion.Then we had to wait 18 minutes for the second order . The food wasn't even fresh . Fries cold and stale, tenders overcooked and leg and thighs as well. Would not recommend this location.

Holy Macaroni, I thought this place was getting better, but after reading reviews came to know I was right. This place is ran by hungry employees who save food for themselves. Every time I drive up they are out of spicy chicken. I know why !

If I could give it zero stars I would. The food was AWFUL! Dry chicken trying to be disguised as moist with the massive amount of mayonnaise used. Bun dry, French fries cold and gummy. Never ever again...

If I can give this place a 0 I would... I don't even know where to start.. my family came here and we all got the 6 dollar boxes so they made us wait 15+ mins and then some lady came out and gave us our food, we went all the way home to find out in one of our boxes they forgot the chicken it was just sides in there. So we called the place and there wasn't no sorry no nothing just oh if you make it here before we close I'll give you the chicken mind you we live 20 mins from the place, we told the big dude aka manager on site and no sorry we'll throw something in there extra for the hassle. This place is a joke they need a whole new crew, they are trash at this location and they need to take some customer service classes or go get a better job because all them look unhappy with their weak fast food job. Bunch of losers!

I stopped by this location today to grab food for my aunt . The African American lady in the drive through was very pleasant . All of my food was fresh which was surprising . She was nice and friendly . I hope they keep her. Kudos for a good experience for the first time at this location

Dining room closed. Drive through pick up only. Food horrible. Chicken fried too long, no flavor, fried okra was a joke. Batter fell off all the okra while still in the bag.

Went through the drive through and the employees are just rude asf they are like robots and there is no customer service here food was alright but no flavor .
