We found this little bakery at.a shopping center where we went after a meeting. While the center was busy, the bakery was not and were able to get quick service os some sticky buns that we took with us.

I love going to the cinnabon in Arden because of Orlando. He has very good customer service, beautiful smile, and always had my order right when I order. This young man needs a pay raise or a promotion.

My experience at Cinnabon was great Orlando was very upbeat and helpful he gave me options and also was not more concerned with selling me items best because they were more expensive instead I told him what I needed and he found me a cost efficient option although still not cheap because of course IT IS CINNABON THE BEST, BUT I WAS DEFINITELY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE AND WILL BE RETURNING!!! KEP UP THE GREAT WORK

The smell alone pulls you in. Got a classic roll and it was hot, soft, and smothered in icing just how it should be. Ate it right there standing up because there was no way I was waiting. Staff worked fast even with a line. Always hits.

The guy at the register was so rude we left. If you don't like your job then don't work there. Customer Service is important when working for a company like Cinnabon. Might want to reevaluate the people you have working the front counter.

1 star because they cant even take bills higher then $20. My total was $53. Hand them $60 & was told they cant take bills over $20. Was kinda disappointed because I was planning to bring for potluck. I guess they don't want my money lol. 🤷

I bought a 4pk Classic & saw the cashier grabbed from the "pre-packed" ones. I asked if I could have 4 of the fresh ones & her response was "these are fresh". I asked how fresh & from what time. She literally froze for a minute & said "from today". She couldn't tell me how fresh they were or from what time... Really?? Well I took the pre-packed ones & when I got home we served ourselves & they were HARD. We even microwaved them a few seconds. Never will I buy the "pre-packed" ones!

I agree with other reviewers. My roll was stale and smaller than I always remember them being. Plus they really skimp on the frosting, to the point that it's dry! They really want you to buy extra frosting, and sadly you have to in order to get the classic Cinnabon experience we all remember from back in the day. Dang inflation and corporate greed, man.

In the mall on the upper floor at the end by the old Sears. Store been going near for years. Hard to beat those cinnamon rolls.
