Citizen Capitol Craft House took over the Loyal Legion space. I'm please to say that Citizen is an amazing replacement. I had a smash burger and house made chips which were super tasty. I came here with a couple of friends on a Friday night. They have a large beer selection on tap and mixed drinks, but only a couple of wine options.
We ordered the crab roll, risotto and fish and chips. The crab roll just tasted like lemon. The fish and chips were one of the best in Sacramento. The risotto was huge and good.

Passing through Sacramento on a road trip and decided to try Citizen Capitol Craft House after seeing some good reviews. So glad we did! This is definitely not your typical bar-and-grill. This place has a total upscale vibe to it.
