I had an amazing experience at Cold Stone thanks to Malakai and Marissa! They were super friendly, patient, and made my order perfectly. You can really tell they care about what they do — they both had great energy and made the visit fun. The ice cream was delicious (as always), but their service made it even better. Definitely two of the best employees I’ve met there — I’ll be coming back for sure!
Best ice cream in the world
Brought the my boys here. Ice cream is so good. Their servings are more than sufficient. Employees are polite and welcoming

One of the best ice cream taste ever found in Sacramento. I must say try their coffee and cheesecake flavors. Don't get me wrong All other flavors are good as well. They are very generous in the ice cream quantity. 2 scoops can easily be shared between 2 people. Love the ambiance and customer service.
Customer service was really good. The team seemed to be mostly young adults/teenagers. They were all very attentive, kind and professional.
I ordered a Custom Creation they made it wrong forgot the bananas will never go there again
Over priced
My husband and I had a great time. The ice cream was delicious, we will be going back soon.
Got cotton candy ice cream w/ rainbow candy sprinkles in a waffle bowl. It was delicious but a little pricey for me. Not that they are expensive , just a little high for me.

Malik and Bridgette were great. They greeted me when I walked in. Malik gave exceptional great customer service not only to me but the customers that was before me. I will return again.
