This Cold Stone has horrible service and wait time. Last time I got their ice cream, they gave it to me in a cup when I asked for a cone. They also take forever just for one order and are very disorganized at the register and don’t remember what order they just did. Today, they had low staff and the guy working forgot half of the things in my order and took it back to add the ingredients in.

Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream place so it’s always a good experience when I go. But this time was better. Paul was the one who helped me today. His energy is great! Positive attitude. Held great conversation. More places need employees like him.

My son Birthday cake was cancelled at the last minute. What's a 10th Birthday without a cake. I could of at least went to winco had I kno this was gone happen. I see why alot of companies are going out of business. Run me my bread back.

Prices have gone up and my boyfriend and I got the Love It size for $8 each. Would’ve been a better deal to get the pitcher for $20. Their ice cream is top tier either way. My personal favorite is Sweet Cream, Oreo’s and graham cracker crust! Fire!
Apparently they don’t know how to make their portions, I ask for a gotta have it and the girl give me a half cup, she said that was the portion in a really bad mood ?

Expensive ice cream that tastes good. This location is only ok. The employee wasn't very thorough when using the cold stone to mix the ice cream, which is the whole point. There are better locations that do a better job of mixing the ice cream. All in all, it's alright.
