Just wanted to give Esther O. some recognition. I was in the store today and as I was checking out, I asked her to add a hot dog. I checked out and proceeded to the food court to pick up my hot dog. When my number was called, I only received a soda. Come to find out, I was only charged for a soda. I went back to Ester and let her know and asked if she could return the soda and charge me for a hot dog. She was very apologetic and proceeded with the transaction. She handed me the receipt and said she was sorry and said she went ahead and paid for the hot dog. It was totally unexpected. It may have been a small gesture from Ester but it speaks volumes to me. Just goes to show the integrity of Costco employees. Thank you, Ester, for being so awesome!

Went to the food court to get a hit dog and soda, the guy who was at the register was making the hot dogs and getting the soda cups but kept telling for someone else to do customer service, dude you pull the tickets, you make the orders turn around and put the things on the counter and call the number don't be lazy and antisocial ?

I have always got a price adjustments on the sale items but today I tried to get a $6 price adjustment on a sandal and the guy and his supervisor told me I needed my receipt, I told those guys I have done it twice and the ppl that had helped me in the past said I don’t need it bc they can pull it up on my membership. They seriously needs to stick with one policy. I have a membership with Sam’s club also and the membership is cheaper than Costco so I have no hesitation to cancel my membership at Costco.

Never go on a Sunday or a Saturday it is super busy and you never want to order a pizza on those days because you can wait up to an hour or more.

First time buying tires at Costco. The tires we ordered were not in stock. We were told we would get a call once they were in and never did. Once we called them they told us we had to book our apt online for the install. That would have been nice to know the day of purchase. They then tell me the next apt is not for another week. But if I wanted to fight the crowd it would be first come first serve. Note I would have paid more just to avoid the waiting period at another location. Then once I get my car back there's a door ding on my brand new bumper I just got painted. I was not a happy camper. This cost me more time and money in the end.
