Havn't been here in a while so decided to go try it out again. We got there 1 hr prior til closing. After our order was taken we waited a bit. Waiter apologized for the wait and asked if we wanted our food packed to go. ...."um no".....defeats the purpose of why we came here to eat in.! There were only 2 waiter and they seem to have a big party in the back. When we finally got our food the waiter apologized for the wait and gave 10% off the tab. If it wasnt for that i think we would never return.

First time Highly recommend with my wife food was bomb highly recommend getting thier Sherly Temples (drinks) was Bomb ! And great customer service ! they were patient and very helpful

Everything was great. Food, service, vibe. I shared shrimp, garlic noodles, bulgogi fries, sausage, and mussels with two friends and it was plenty for us. Check this place out for sure!
Second time here. Came last week. First time was amazing. This time was horrible. Freezing cold corn. My snow crab was cold. Yellow potatoes were completely almost mush and water logged. Super disappointed and my stomach hurt and I didn't even get to finish my food. Not sure if we had the last of the batch or what but it sucked.

Use the Groupon for a good chunk off!Food is not bad. Got the big city combo which was more than enough food for two. Garlic butter was mostly butter, needed more garlic! Shrimp was kind of mushy. Crab was tasty but not the freshest. Great service though.

We stopped by to try this place out on our way to our destination trip. We ordered a little of everything. The flavor of the seafood was awesome for the Big City Combo with city combo flavor.I had the House Special Crab XL, the noodles and the flavor they used for the crab was very good. The crab was huge and very meaty.. Should only order if you know you're gonna finish it. I would recommend you come try this out..

Out of several items I wanted to try. No oysters on half shell, no gumbo. Food average at best. Only one waiter for entire restaurant. Therefore service was very slow. Because of the above it will not make my return visit list.

The place was terrible. They charged me a arm and leg for little to nothing for the oysters, the staff doesn't a knowledge the guest I waited at the front for 15 min and they charge me full price for happy hour oysters. They don't service clam chowder it's seasonal make sure you call ahead. The gumbo soup portion size was so small and overpriced. I would recommend this place. Their is like 4-5 crab place within the area. Owner was rude and had the attitude that he was too good. The humble owners are the ones that brings back s customers. Beware

I eat at a lot of places in Sacramento especially crab restaurants since me and my whole family is a pescatarian. Crab City is amazing the atmosphere, ambience, service and most importantly, the food is the best in Sacramento hands-down.I will be back there as often as my pockets can allow, make sure you check out their house special crab and their Tiffani wings. You can't go wrong with either of those dishes I promise you'll be a regular after trying any of those, the menu has a lot to offer if I can give them 10 stars I would.

My family and I came here for dinner one night and ordered a little bit of everything from the menu. The seafood is fresh and the sauces were good. I wasn't a big fan of the gumbo or the mussels in wine sauce (the wine taste was pretty strong) but the other dishes were a hit. Would definitely come back again.
