Waited and wait for curbside and they refused to bring it out. All employees just hid and the lady who answered the phone has no customer service skills at all. She said she’s not sure why that’s even an option but they wouldn’t bring it out. Horrible customer service.

Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the cookies I ordered wasn’t ready so she gave me the option to wait or swap it out. She answered my question regarding the birthday reward and showed me in app where it will pop up. I will definitely be back.
