Unsanitary conditions, mediocre food and poor menu options. When I entered after waiting 30+ minutes for the waitlist I expected a quality experience. However when I was seated the table looked like it hadn't even been cleaned properly. The service here is absolutely terrible and I was forced to wait 15 minutes to even get a waiter and the menu after being seated. It took even longer for the staff to take my order and for the food to come. The busser was more willing to help with my wife and I when ordering for food. When it came to the food, the side dishes tasted bland and the meat here was by far the greasiest I've ever experienced.
At the end of the meal I paid with an 100$ bill for the 60$ meal and the waiter had the audacity to ask if I wanted change as if I was going to tip him 40$ for his horrible service. Expensive poor quality food and service coupled with unsanitary dining conditions. This is was the worst experience I've ever had dining in Sacramento.

It was alright. Happen to be by target and was hungry afterwards. Nothing too unique. Meat was okay too. Went with the basic option because the Supreme wasn't all that different of a menu I feel.
Banchan dishes were basic too. Had to order other banchan in addition like japchae. Also ordered dumplings and fries. It was ok. Meat we ate were just beef belly, premium steak, Hawaiian marinated steak, plain pork belly, soy sauce pork belly, bulgogi, thin sliced pork belly. That's about it. 3 rounds...wished they had a button to inquire more things. Robot was limited and busy working. Very busy on a Sunday evening for dinner still.

i’ve been here times before and the food is always pretty good. this time our server was nice but every time i go, it seems that they just aren’t attentive. in the 2 hours i was there i was only able
to do 3 rounds which is dissatisfying for the ayce factor. not sure if i’ll be returning.

Place is good, just didn't feel the good customer service quality. Lots of options just didn't feel the vibe.

For starters, it's super weird to have the hostess tell you to put your name down on an iPad with your phone number. That's your job to take the guest's name for a waiting list. The waiter is attentive, which was a plus. The all you can eat packages sounds good on paper but the quality of the ingredients were marginally acceptable. Kimchi was stale. Beef looked like they've been sitting around for a week. The ice cream is a tiny prepackaged cup. Disappointing experience overall.

We have been coming to this place alot of times, but for some reason the last visit we did with a visiting friend, the food was horrible! The garlic shrimp melts when u eat it and taste bad, the pork bulgogi looked like old, not to mention one waiter who was so rude he just tossed the plates on our table and left. I understand they are busy too but the quality of the food has gone so low compared to the precious visits we had. The manager was kind enough to listen to us but I sure hope whatever they changed, they have to bring it back.
The next day i felt sick to my stomach

Excellent Korean BBQ. We've gone about 3-4 times and somehow ended up with the same booth and same server every time. Our server, Ray, is always consistently wonderful. I highly recommend the Lychee martini. We also always get the salt and pepper wings and lemon pepper wings and both are delicious. Great restaurant and we will continue to come back.

Depending on when you go and if it's busy, service varies. For the most part this is our favorite kbbq spot.

We just recently ate at this location with a party of 11, food was good and service was okay throughout our meal. But when it came to paying at the end, our server informed us that we can only split the check up too 3 cards and were not willing to split the check appropriately to each corresponding party. In which within the 11 guests, there were 3 couples and 5 individual guests, wanting to pay their own portion, now having to figure out how to pay and how it was now going to be split. We asked our server several times if there were any way to split the check accordingly several times and it was a hard no each time. This lead to almost 30 minutes all of us trying to figure out how to split this accordingly and brought down what was an enjoyable dinner to probably the worst experience I’ve ever had paying at a restaurant. Being a former server myself, I used to split checks to however many ways the party wanted. Because at the end of the day it’s all about the party leaving with less stress and happy with the experience. But this was just absolutely ridiculous and honestly lazy of the server not wanting to just do some math and split the check, especially how gratuity was included. For how much our party paid for the gratuity, the least the server can do is simply split the checks. Honestly this is my first time writing a review for a restaurant and don’t enjoy writing this (especially being a former restaurant worker). But this needs to be said and hopefully this is seen from the establishment and know that due to the horrible ending experience, we all left with a little sour tastes in our mouths. So please for future customers, change your policy to be able to split checks accordingly. Because Daikon overall does serve quality food, but the experience can be bogged down for bigger parties due to the apparent inconvenience on the restaurant part, on not wanting to simply split a check.

Food was just okay. Service was average. They have a robot that brings some of your food items to your table which is kind of cool.

Sunday night dinner with no reservation was delightful. Waited 15 minutes in the bar for a table to open up. Bulgogi was fire. Galbi ribs were on point.
