Food was good and served quickly with a smile. Greeted and order was taken by a friendly guy who I think may be part of management. I think his name is Chris. He's a fan of personal tech as we enjoyed a little chat about our smart watches. Noticed how personable he was with everyone who he had helped. Great job man.
Always great ice cream. Service is always accurate and sometimes friendly. Last diary queen in the area, so we make due with what we get.

Overall, this was an enjoyable experience. The drive-thru line was very long. I ordered on the app, and that made it simple. However, I believe our order had been done for a minute before we got to the window because the top layer of our Blizzard was already melted. The claim to fame is that they can flip them over, and there was no way to flip them, or they would have all spilled. The biggest annoyance was that they don't mark the flavors at all. We had 4 blizzards and had to taste test to figure out who's was who's.

It was a terrible experience. Their dinning room is closed because of poor conditions but i was in the drive thru. They close at 10pm so i only had 20 minutes to order my food. But when i arrived to the drive thru it was super busy & wrapped around spilling out into the street. I sat in the long line for approximately 16 minutes until my turn at the speaker. As soon as the half drunk sounding female voice acknowledged me, she abruptly said "Door Dash?" I said "No" she replied are you ready to order? I said yes & before i could get a full sentence out she interrupted with are you ordering Ice Cream? I said "No" she said "well the kitchen is closed all we have available is ice cream cuz we closed down our kitchen early." I said no i don't want Ice Cream & y'all don't close until 10pm (which was 4 minutes away). She said we turned off the kitchen early. I said so you're discriminating on people who aren't Door Dash? & she said sorry we shut off the kitchen early. So obviously that place is not a trustworthy place to patronize anymore

Website clearly stated that they were open, however they were not. Google quite literally included the tag-line "confirmed by this business _ weeks ago." Regardless, I reported the restaurant and submitted the correct hours of operation.

I went through the drive thru, and there was not much atmosphere there. They give a military discount, but you do have to ID. Got a medium cone. It was huge. Next time, it is a small for me. Fries were good.

I went here recently with 3 cars ahead of me each person was waiting to order for over 10 min. After I left I only went for an ice cream cone total wait time was about 45 min.
