I had my order delivered through Uber eats 08/02/2025 the Uber eats driver call me that the young man that works at the mid night shift told her he not making my large strawberry shake because it’s gonna take too long for him I ordered the new box meal everything, and it was cold the fries, the burrito, the taco, and the hamburger this is the second time this has happened with the same guy

Pulled up to pick up my food and speaker wasn’t working so I drove to the window and the cashier lady was very rude for no reason, told me to drive around again to pick up my food so I just canceled my order. don’t know the name of the cashier but she was african american that looked fed up with her job and was taking it out on customers. very unprofessional

The speaker was out. They had a handwritten note that said Speaker Out. Pull up to the window. Took over 30 minutes to get my food. Ughhhhh so frustrating. There were a lot of cars in line so we were just trapped there trying to get a meal. The workers were really nice so I'm giving them 2 stars for that. The food was ok. Ordered Chili Cheese fries with no chili or tomato. They got my order right which was great! But the food was sub par. The fries looked sad and the cheese wasn't melted. Not a Stellar experience.

Waited in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. Food was barely warm
The first time in 10 years I go here, they messed up my order, didn't put red sauce in my burrito, and put lettuce in my soft tacos when I said no lettuce. also they didnt put the original sauce in my chicken tacos. I didn't go for 10 years because they gave me severe food poisoning. My bad ill never go back. Time for taco 🌮 Bell again.

I love Del Taco. This location has never been a problem for us. They always give us the senior discount without asking. We had the double cheeseburger the other day for the first time and we thought it was delicious.

Very disappointed this location is horrible I don’t go out much and had the worst experience stopped by to get something to eat and the employee was rude very unprofessional had to use the bathroom as well and when she opened it it was disgusting very dirty no toilet paper so I just held it and when I received my food it was not worth what I paid didn’t look like anything in the pictures and very little portion very disappointed but I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything since the location
